Mr. Keith Smith was very accommodating to all of our needs when purchasing our Ram 2500. Their dealership had just the configuration we were looking for... and priced less than anywhere our internet search found. Being 400 miles away was a concern but everything Keith and his sales and service staff said they would do they did. A facetime walk around with Alton was very helpful so that we knew what to expect. Keith's son and the service department did a great job meeting our needs and questions. Our trade in was valued appropriately and the deal was handled timely and to our satisfaction. The staff was professional and answered all my questions, no issues at all . From the moment I arrived at the car lot on hwy 98 the guys at smith motor... company helped me find my Tacoma and sold me the exact truck I was looking for. No games at this business they were straight forward and very honest and sold me a truck for a great price. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.
Did I buy a vehicle from them? Yes. Was it a good price? Yes. Customer service? Terrible, specifically to Keith. Will I be back? Maybe, for the right price.... "Not pressuring someone to buy a vehicle" is completely different from being rude. He got mad when I asked if they were firm on the price "because it's already a great price". I didn't deny it was a good price, but no need to get mad over a question. He says to anyone, more than just my dealing, that he doesn't HAVE to sell this vehicle......well we don't HAVE to buy it either. Also, after I left with my vehicle I purchased from him, my service light came on so I called him and asked if they changed the oil in it, after he looked he realized he didn't do the inspection on it advertised. I appreciate the honesty, but I couldn't get back over there because I work full time in another town.

beautiful array of vehicles on the lot. salesman met us on the lot, as we were arriving, with the particular vehicle we were interested in. awesome, awesome... customer service at every step of the way!! we purchased a BEAUTIFUL and PRISTINE Lexus RX350 below market value...Smith Motor Company is so fair in their prices and excellent in their service I would highly recommend them to any and all who are in the market for a vehicle. my family was so impressed that when we get ready to buy a car for our teen age daughter Smith's is where we will look FIRST...we will definitely be repeat customers! Last week, my husband and I purchased a 2004 Ford Expedition from Smith Motor Company. After researching and looking at several different vehicles, I found... just what I was looking for at Smith's, and the low mileage and reasonable price on this SUV made my find even more exciting! A few days after purchasing, we noticed some mechanical issues that needed repair. Smith Motors was quick and efficient in repairing my vehicle, and even did so free of charge! I appreciate Smith Motor Company's willingness to stand by their product, and make us VERY satisfied customers! We will definitely return to Smith's for future car-buying needs!
I have purchased two vehicles from Smith Motor Company over the past three years, and I will continue to do business with them. The first vehicle was a... Ford F150. After driving it for around a week, I noticed it had some slipping issues. I took it back to them, and they honored their warranty to fix it. They replaced the transmission and solved the problem. Several months later, it felt like it was tearing up again. They investigated it and figured out that I had a plug broken off within the engine. They were able to get it out without tearing the engine apart and were very reasonable on the service fee. I haven't had any problems out of the truck since then, and I've driven it for around 3 years now. It's quite refreshing to deal with car dealers that aren't only out to make a dollar. I just bought a minivan last week and traded in my Armada. My Armada was starting to give me mechanical problems so I let them know up front. They didn't give me much on my trade-in, but again it did have issues. They said that they were just going to send it to the auto auction to sell wholesale and get their money back. This is so much better than those that would just try to patch it up and resell it with problems to an unsuspecting buyer. What I liked about the process, is that the vehicle was priced good up front so that I didn't have to waste hours trying to haggle and negotiate. They have some of the lowest advertised prices in the area. They wouldn't negotiate on the price, but they were willing to help me out with some of my other requests. The tires on the van that I liked were a good bit more worn more than the tires on a different colored van beside it. They sweetened the deal for me by swapping the tires. It took less than 2 hours from the time that I pulled up to the time that I pulled away in my new vehicle. That was impressive considering that I did my financing while I was there. I will definitely do business with Smith Motor Company again. Give them a chance if you haven't. They are good people to deal with.
