If I could give 0 I would absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with they will play you and screw you over as much as they can they’re straight slime there I 100% would not recommend anyone to give them there business they play nice but are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with they should be shut down for how they treat people makes me want to throw up for how they act I specifically dealt with Tom and Stephen they went to sell me a Lexus ct200h I told them I didn’t want it if the hybrid battery was shot because the car had high mileage they told me they had it tested and good which was false information because the hybrid system came on 2 weeks after I bought the car and after going back and forth with them saying they were going to xxxx they scraped up a couple hundred for over a thousand dollar fix the whole company is xxxx and deserve to be shut down I hope for your sake you do not choose this place to purchase a vehicle they don’t deserve it and you don’t deserve there GOD AWFUL buisness I would read the negative reviews first and they all have the same problem and justify eachother to prove the truth about this company once they sell you your car they will do everything to make sure they don’t help you with any problems you have they’ll practically ignore you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY

Please be aware. I bought a vehicle from them last November. They want to charge you $2,000 for a restoration fee. I asked what that was about. They told me it's to make the car like new. Well, within 3 days the car wouldn't start. I called the dealership and they said it's probably the battery. Do you have AAA? So that was put on me. Well since then the vehicle started ticking. I googled and it said it needed oil. Which I took care of. Now, I've had to replace the whole exhaust system. I've spent thousands of dollars. My mechanic told me I should have brought to him because it's all rusted underneath. I truly wish I did. They sold me a piece of junk! If there were an option for zero stars I would have chosen that!

Do not buy from this company as they do not inspect their vehicles before they sell them and you end up with the blown engine

I had been looking for some time but all the other dealerships weren't nice or helpful at all!! So I went to Tropical Auto Sales, right away a was approached by Mike Ainsworth, one of their many salespeople. He was very friendly, nice and so knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I might add he was very funny too which made me relax and feel comfortable. Everyone there was so kind and sweet, I felt like I knew them forever. Mike explained all my options til I understood everything completely. I bought my dream car, a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox ! I'm so thrilled !! So, if you need a vehicle, go see Mike Ainsworth and the rest of the crew at Tropical Auto Sales where they treat you like family not just a customer !! Big thanks again Mike !!

Do Not Buy A Car Here!!!!!!!!!! Both my neighbor and I with in 6 -8months of owning the cars have engine failure and the other the transmission failed.... Please run away from here for the love of god.... Don't make our mistakes and many others. This place has been reported several times now for scamming people... again DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!

Recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel from Luis. We experienced some minor problems in that the front tires did not match the back ones ( not good for 4 wheel drive) and the front left headlight bracket was broken. Tropical immediately ordered new tires and a new bracket and installed both within a reasonable amount of time. No problem with these people and their response to our problems. Purchased a 2014 Audi A7 from Tropical to be delivered to my home in Asheville, NC after Tommy Cohen repeatedly told me the car was free of issues and “straight as an arrow” I trusted him for his word and purchased the car, sight unseen, as I needed a vehicle for business and had an upcoming trip out of state. After receiving the car (which took way too long because, even though I paid with a certified check, they doubted the funds were legitimate) I experienced a full tire blowout at 70mph on the interstate. Managed to put the spare on and limped the car to Firestone, where I discovered that ALL FOUR TIRES WERE DRY ROTTED and three of the 4 wheels were bent. I called Tommy and he said he would make it right. That was over a month ago and I haven’t heard anything from anyone at the dealership since. This dealership will clearly say anything to get you to buy, but won’t stand by their promises. Buyer beware.

Man, oh man. TOMMY IS THE BEST. WHEN I SAY THE BEST HELPED ME WITH MY 2011 JEEP. ILL SAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT CAR, TOMMY IS YOUR MAN TO GO SEE. THIS IS MY 2ND CAR. AND EVEN BETTER THEN THE FIRST. WELL WORTH IT WITH A GREAT SMILE WHEN I LEFT.
