Joe Ross
Stay far away from this dealership especially Joe Ross. Inept and flippant! I had a signed contract they had a check he Joe drug out the used car buying experience over a week had one excuse after another while I was trying to arrange my schedule to pick a car up 2.5 hours from my home. Finally when the car was ready I had a signed contract he had a check for the vehicle he decided he didn’t want me to have this vehicle because I was frustrated with being jerked around for a week by him. I didn’t even try to negotiate price site unseen bought car and asked on a Tuesday it be ready by Friday...signed contract check given to them paid full price and he decides he doesn’t want to do business with me? This guy probably should of hung it up a long time ago...Worst experience ever buying a vehicle and I buy and sell cars often. He actually had the nerve to blame it on the unemployment rate in the Scranton area and the people in the area are lazy and jut want to collect stimulus money instead of working and that’s why it took over a week to get a used car ready for pickup...Steer clear of this guy and this dealership

Over the last 20 years after servicing thousands of clients this type of situation we can count on one hand. This gentleman after his threats of using social media against us and his unprofessionalism, a business decision was made that Feel Good Motors would discontinue this transaction.... As everyone can see he followed through with his threats by using social media and continued his unprofessionalism by harassing our employees ....( name calling ect...) At Feel Good Motors customer service is our priority.. Always be Kind..... Management Team
Irritated with the service I received.
I contacted this dealership through the website. When they called me I explained that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to see if I could qualify on my own without my husband co-signing (he is willing to sign if needed). The person I spoke with was initially very helpful and agreed to run my info to see where I stand and let me know what options I would have. Well, after our conversation ended he ran my credit and put four inquiries on my credit report. I know this because I monitor my credit and got the four alerts. That’s not what bothered me. I expected that. I guess he figured I wasn’t an easy customer since my credit is less than perfect. He NEVER contacted me again and NEVER called to tell me I wasn’t approved on my own. Needless to say, my husband and I took our business elsewhere. Customer service is the FIRST and BEST way to make a good impression. I was not impressed.

Free Oil change scam
I bought a 2019 from them and I got a coupon for a " FREE " oil change, the fine print says up to $25....I left the car and when I came back they told me the oil change was $50 and I had to pay $25 ? What a SCAM....someone buys a newer car from you and you cannot give them a " FREE " Oil Change ? BAD Business ! Also watch the invoice they write up they add over $400 in " Fees " to the price of the car. I hope the $25 you charged me for a Free oil change was worth it ?

All Customers recieve a voucher for $25 towards an oil change, very clear. In this case the vehicle required synthetic oil which is more expensive, the customer recieved the $25 credit towards the service. No where does the voucher say free oil change. 1st time someone had an issue with a complimentary $25 voucher towards an oil service. If the car did not require synthetic oil the $25.00 voucher would cover the oil change
Good people
I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk last Saturday. They were helpful, honest, and easy to talk to throughout the process. I had to make an appointment and follow up with all the restrictions of the covid pandemic. I noticed on my way home that there was no manual for the Jeep but I called Andy back and they are ordering one for me from eBay. So far service has been excellent and I’ll be back for my next vehicle.

Excellent Experience!
We love Feel Good! Although we did not purchase a vehicle here, we would just like to commend Sean Bertram in sales for making our visit fantastic! We are getting ready to turn in our leased vehicle and weren't quite sure what we wanted to purchase next (No more leasing for us! What a joke!). We stopped at Feel Good and Sean let us test drive multiple vehicles. Their whole staff is very friendly and personable! Their prices are excellent and straight-forward, and the cars are all very well detailed before they're put on the lot. They did not have quite what we were looking for right now, but we will certainly be going back in the future and will recommend friends and family to visit!

Great People
People are friendly and won't try to sell you something that you can't afford. They will help you with getting the best rate for you. They will also sit down with you and discuss all warranty options and what each warranty covers.

Deceptive Practices
Absolutely horrible to deal with. My wife and I went to purchase a 2007 Ford Mustang here three weeks ago and they misrepresented the cars conditions on a repair form and upon questioning of the vehicles shaking. Told me the shaking on the vehicle was normal for a Mustang. My wife drove the car to a charity function and was nearly killed driving their vehicle. Car shut off while driving on a busy road and will no longer go in drive or reverse. I took the car to my mechanic and he said the shaking was not normal, that I was lied to and he advised me that the transmission is gone. Joe Ross lied about working with me, and caused me to spend more money on diagnotics for no reason. After I told Joe Ross what my mechanic said he tells me too bad the car is mine, and there's nothing that can be done. The vehicle hasnt even been driven more than a few hundred miles as I purchased it and drove it two hours to my home. If Joe Ross is willing to do this to a former police officer and to my wife who is an attorney imagine anyone else. They also lied about the NADA retail value of the car which they claimed was over $6000.00 and a had a wholesale average trade of $3325". NADA value for the mustang I purchased was $1027.00 with a trade in value of $1551.00. I overpaid for my vehicle by well over $2000.00 not to mention the repair order listed over 700.00 in work, and the power seats, and convertible top did not work, along with chipped paint, dents, and scarred rims. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General and notifying the press. Buyer beware.

Tammy
The easiest car buying experience I’ve had yet! Made us feel right at home like old friends. Stayed late past hours to accommodate our schedule and explained all the paperwork very clearly

Great dealership
Was in desperate need of a car. Was down on my luck and other dealers turned me away. Feel Good listened to what I needed and took care of me. I got exactly what I wanted. Extremely happy customer here!
