Bait and switch.

Tried for a week to purchase a car. Every time we found one on their website, it wasnt available to purchase. It was on another lot or in the service department, but they had another more expensive car for us to consider. We finally gave up and purchased elsewhere. Not happy!!!!!

New Kia K5!

Donald Kirby was great! He explained to me how to use my car thoroughly in detail and made sure I was fully knowledgeable in the vehicle I was about to purchase. Donald made sure I was set up for success and addressed my wants/needs as top priority. I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions that I was uncomfortable with.

Donald Kirby was great! He explained to me how to use my car thoroughly in detail and made sure I was fully knowledgeable in the vehicle I was about to purchase. My vehicle

My experience had been awful . I brought in my vehicle 2 weeks ago in Elizabethtown Kia. They said it was the knock system. They fixed it then a week later engine light again flashing took it in last Wed have heard nothing on what is wrong no answer when I call always sent to voicemail. I have no vehicle have to work and I am so disappointed wasn’t offered a loaner which I need it’s not my fault Kia vehicle has issues why am I being ignored

Love my new Seltos

C L Wilson goes above and beyond demonstrating great salesmanship. His professionalism is exemplified in every part of the sale. This is the second car I have purchased through him and the Kia-Etown location. He worked with me to find the exact vehicle model, color, and features I wanted. Even asking a fellow worker if I could test drive their car since the dealership did not have any in stock to test. That test drive sealed the deal. I was hesitant to put a down payment to reserve a car ‘in transit’ from manufacturer but knew this would be the only way I could guarantee getting what I wanted. I had shopped in a very large NJ dealership when I was on vacation and knew the lack of inventory on this imported car so it made it easier to reserve my car sight unseen. So happy I did. I left this dealership knowing I was well taken care of by CL and the management. Even taking pictures with my former student Chris-the General Manager-and CL my salesperson. Thanks again to all who helped me make an outstanding purchase!

Honest and customer oriented salesperson

Chris wilkinson what is a good hire!! He is the type of sales person that actually works for his customers. Always looking to make sure that their automotive needs are met. Absolutely no pressure, great product knowledge with regards to most automobiles. I’ve known Chris for a very long time and have purchased several units from him. He’s very loyal to his customers and a very honest individual. Yes he has progressed in the car business I have continued to follow him due to his honesty and integrity. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give him the opportunity to work for them

Brian silverhorn was such a great help in buying our Ford F-150 truck. Just within a few days we found what we liked. He made sure everything was done right and made the buying process such a smooth sail. We were in and out of the dealership in no time.
