This is a superb dealership. I felt welcomed as soon as I came in the lot. I was offered coffee and snacks and treated with respect. The salesman Eugene Pascucci Jr. was very professional and gave me a great deal on a really nice red Subaru Crosstrek. The other salesman David Kidd that assisted Eugene was also very helpful in my car buying experience. My family and I have went on long drives to Florida and Georgia many times and have had zero problems with the car. If we ever had a problem we know we can just call and bring the car into the dealership and get fast expert service from experienced technicians and be back on the road fast. It wouldn't even be a problem to get a loaner car if I needed one because of the excellent customer service provided by Pinebelt. Best overall value and effortless buying experience.

After 10 years and numerous issues with my Mazda, it was time to finally get my dream car. I have done a lot of research, looked into numerous dealerships, but ended up at Pine Belt. Never having truly bought my own car before but knowing what I wanted and my limits, Eugene helped me weigh my options.
