Best experience ever buying a car
This is a superb dealership. I felt welcomed as soon as I came in the lot. I was offered coffee and snacks and treated with respect. The salesman Eugene Pascucci Jr. was very professional and gave me a great deal on a really nice red Subaru Crosstrek. The other salesman David Kidd that assisted Eugene was also very helpful in my car buying experience. My family and I have went on long drives to Florida and Georgia many times and have had zero problems with the car. If we ever had a problem we know we can just call and bring the car into the dealership and get fast expert service from experienced technicians and be back on the road fast. It wouldn't even be a problem to get a loaner car if I needed one because of the excellent customer service provided by Pinebelt. Best overall value and effortless buying experience.

My salesman Eugene was the best. Knowledgeable, answer my questions, took care of everything and made me feel right at home. Dave the manager made sure we were well taken care of. New Jeep!
After 10 years and numerous issues with my Mazda, it was time to finally get my dream car. I have done a lot of research, looked into numerous dealerships, but ended up at Pine Belt. Never having truly bought my own car before but knowing what I wanted and my limits, Eugene helped me weigh my options. I never felt pressured and felt that he wanted me to leave happy, one way or another. He explained the entire process, gave me time to think it over, and asked what I wanted, not what he thought was best. I spent 5 hours in the dealership. While most would have been irritated, it was a Saturday, end of the month, and Black Friday weekend. Eugene was helping numerous other people but kept checking in to see if I needed any further information. I could not be happier finally feeling safe and comfortable in my new Jeep Compass. Even if it's a lease, I don't see myself handing those keys back over. My mom who was with me and lives far away plans on coming back to see Eugene for her next car. He even made sure to keep in touch after to see if I needed anything. I am so thankful for this entire experience!

My new 2020 Ram 1500
Dealership was very clean and orderly. My salesman Robert Latronico was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. No pressure at all. Sales manager and finance guy were also very friendly and helpful.
