They are the worst!
They are the worst! They had our car for 2 weeks for a known recall and it took them 5 days to even look at it. Never a phone call. Couldn't get updates. Didn't have the part needed in stock. Uncaring. We are seriously considering selling our Kia. We'll never go back.

We made an appointment to see a specific car with Nazar
We made an appointment to see a specific car with Nazar and upon arrival, we were told that the car already sold and Nazar was not in, he was at home. No message or call letting us know that the car we scheduled to see was no longer available. We drove all the way out there for nothing. Horrible business practice and clearly no consideration for potential buyers.

The customer service SUCK, big time!
The customer service SUCK, big time! They pressure me to buy, then when needed paper work, it took 2 trips to the Dearlership and several phone calls, plus they made me wait. I told that the paperwork I need COULD NOT BE EMAILED.

I recently leased a Kia EV6 from Folsom Lake Kia. I have since been trying to locate some paperwork that they were supposed to have processed and have not been able to get ahold of anyone in the leasing Department either on their office line or the "personal cell" number that each provided. I would not lease from them again.

We didn’t have a good experience here by a long shot, which is unfortunate as we were highly interested in buying a Kia Sportage Hybrid. We were pre-approved and attempting to narrow our list to just one or two vehicles. First upon arrival, no one came out to assist us, so we had to go inside to get anyone’s attention, and even after that the salesman seemed very disinterested in assisting us which made us feel like our business was unwanted. He didn’t introduce himself nor did he ask our names. The vehicle we had initially came to see was supposedly on the lot per their website, which is why my wife and I made the drive from Sacramento, but the salesman made no effort to find it or show it to us even after I mentioned the exact model. During the test drive zero effort was made to explain the features of the vehicle, we only gleaned a few tidbits by asking questions which were answered with short replies with no detail. Ironically we actually liked the vehicle we test drove more than the vehicle we came in to check out but he said there were no other colors available and we didn’t like the black. He said it would be at least 3 more months before they would get more in, made no efforts to get our information to let us know when the vehicles came in, and basically left the ball in our court to call him. I am not sure if this salesperson was having a horrible day or what but this was easily one of the worst experiences we have had when contemplating a major purchase. To top it off, I just noticed a short time ago that there is actually a red one on the lot. What is going on out there? Who knows but it isn’t good. Unfortunately Folsom Lake Kia will probably not see me ever again unless they do something amazing to redeem themselves.
