I just bought my Bubbles.
I just bought my Bubbles. The driver?s door tent started to tear. I called and scheduled a repair and was provided a loaner mini while Bubbles was being taken care of. She came out perfect and clean two days later.

Excellent service. Technician explained work that would be performed. Service was performed promptly and quickly. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely return to Hendrix Mini dealership!

Don't take your Mini to Hendrick Mini unless you want to
Don't take your Mini to Hendrick Mini unless you want to pay through the nose for repairs - they charge 4 times the cost as non-dealer mechanics. They wanted to charge me $4k plus for work my local mechanic, whose done a lot of work on my Minis through the years, charged me $2k! I only went there because I had to have the computer reprogrammed because I put a new battery in my 2016 Clubman. Not many non-dealers have the equipment to do that. So I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone, but when I saw the estimate, I just had the battery reprogrammed. And for that, a couple clicks on a computer, they charged $95! Highway robbery! The service person couldn't have been nicer. But that doesn't make up for the ripoff bill.
