Hendrick Mini is a class act dealership in Charlotte, NC. Everyone is sooooo nice and they cater to their customers wants and needs! Add Brian Barrack, Sales Associate to the mix and your experience will be a HUGE win!! We had a question a few days after getting our new car. We called Brian and he answered immediately and it was actually his day off!!!! He took his time to answer our questions!! He also has met with us twice to help us get our fobs paired with our phones and showing us all the new features of the car. He certainly deserves an excellence award in customer service!!!

Our service advisor, Casey, made the process seamless and made me feel at ease. He worked with the dealership I purchased my car from to handle my warranty. From start to finish, we were given top notch customer service. I highly recommend Hendrick Mini!
