Horrible Service

I would not recommend buying a car from Billy Navarre Certified. My husband and I traded in our Mustang for another one and the service is horrible. First off they took over a month to pay off the vehicle we traded in. Second, they promised to have something fixed on the vehicle we bought and 6 weeks later it still hasn?t been fixed. I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Salesperson Mike

MIKE lied to us we were looking for a car with backup camera an flat touchscreen on dash he promised he would pay 500 r half...So we said we would do it later an we talked to him several times over few weeks..Well he tried to get out of it an John took care of us!!!MIKE no do not get him!!!!

Service is horrible, staff not trained well

I had an appointment for a service at 8 am. After I found out that the diagnostic alone would be over $100 I denied and informed the service representative that I would only like to get an oil change. I asked him how long it will take and he said one hour and he would give me a call back. After 3 hours I tried to call the service line a few times with no success. I stayed on the phone for several minutes and no one ever picked up. At that point I called my Salesperson.He checked on the status of my car. He found the service representative I spoke with in the am and he said they started the diagnostic.. I informed him again that I didn't want that service, that I wanted my mechanic to look at it. After I got back on the phone with my Salesperson, he said he will give me a call after the oil change is done. At 1:20 pm I get a call. I was informed that their electricity went out and that it will take longer. Around 4 pm a service that was only supposed to take one hour took 8 hours. The salespersons excuse was that the service representative was a "newbie" .

Great service

Our salesman did a wonderful job. We told him what we wanted and succeed in that request. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever been through. We would recommend our salesman to anyone. We will definitely go back when ready to purchase another vehicle in the future

Awesome first time car buying experience.

These guys were really great got what me right were I wanted to be ad then beat that price. There were a few minor things that needed to be looked at on the truck and they are taking care of that too awesome job and awesome people.

Great Car Shopping Experience

My salesperson was Kevin Bourque. He greeted my husband instantly with a smile. Kevin helped my husband surprise me with my convertible mustang. I went to the dealership and was amazed at the service and courtesy I received from him. I have shopped many dealerships and never felt this comfortable when purchasing a vehicle. The dealership was clean. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Kevin Bourque.

Great Service

My sales person was Kevin Bourque. I was not exactly in the market for a new vehicle, but found a vehicle I really liked and Kevin Bourque worked with me and my husband to ensure we would be able to afford it. Kevin Bourque was very considerate, understanding, informative and experienced. Kevin took our needs and wants into consideration and assisted us with buying our used car. We were extremely pleased with the customer service and how smoothly the buying process went. We needed a minor repair to the vehicles shaft, and the service was quality work as well as quick. The facility was great and we felt comfortable buying our vehicle from Billy Navarre Certified. Kevin Bourque was a great sales associate and I will return to him for future services. Great experience and great associates.
