In December 2024 I purchased a Bentley for $75,000.

In December 2024 I purchased a Bentley for $75,000. I was told everything was in perfect working order. They said there had been a crack in the grill so they had replaced it. The day after purchase, the struts failed crashing the front end. The car was in the shop for 3 months. My bill was $17,000 and my insurance company had a $24,000 bill. I was told that the struts were after market and installed wrong. The batteries failed inspection. There is an oil leak. The list went on. AND the body shop said that Offlease lied to me. That no new grill was put on; that they had just superglued the crack. Offlease refuses to pay any bills or refund any money and they wont even respond to my letters. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Even one of their employees contacted me about their lies and ethics.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Purchase of Lexus at Auto Lease Mall of Fallston Dear Chris and John Huemmer, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received after purchasing a Lexus from Auto Lease Mall of Fallston on January 2, 2025. While I initially chose your dealership based on the impressive selection of high-end vehicles, my experience has been far from the level of customer service one would expect, especially from a business dealing with such luxury cars. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I immediately brought several issues to your attention, including brake pulsation and a front bumper that was not properly secured due to missing clips. You assured me that these issues were due to the car having been stationary for some time and that I could return if the problems persisted. Unfortunately, the brake pulsation continued, today I am having the Rotors and brake fluid replaced for a cost to me of $504.12 and the bumper still comes loose despite efforts to secure it. In a timespan of 2 month and 8 days. Additionally, when I drove the car off the lot, there was no gas in the vehicle. I was told to send the receipt for reimbursement, yet only $25 was refunded out of the $48.97 I spent. This discrepancy was brushed aside by your team, with no valid explanation given. To further add to my frustration, I have been given the runaround regarding these issues. Despite my having driven 45 minutes each way to your dealership on four separate occasions, and having only accumulated minimal mileage since my purchase as I work remotely, your team refused to honor any further service after I reached 1,000 miles, claiming that the issues were no longer covered. This, in spite of the fact that I made multiple trips to your dealership in an attempt to address these concerns. During one of my recent visits, I overheard a disturbing conversation where a fellow customer was treated in the same dismissive manner on speaker phone. A salesperson advised another team member to "hang up on the customer" who was raising concerns about their vehicle. This is highly unprofessional, and it only reinforces my impression that Auto Lease Mall of Fallston prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction. Moreover, I was informed that my original salesperson had left the company, likely due to the fact that your management and ownership do not follow through on their promises and leave employees to deal with the fallout. This has only compounded my frustration. While your dealership offers top-tier vehicles, it is clear that the customer service does not match the quality of the cars. I feel misled, disrespected, and abandoned by your team after the sale. The impressive curb appeal of your dealership is deceiving, as the true nature of your business practices comes to light once a purchase is made. I will be exploring every available platform and legal avenue to ensure that potential customers are aware of the poor service and unethical practices at Auto Lease Mall of Fallston. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your dealership, not only to ensure that future customers are treated fairly but to prevent any further damage to your reputation. I bought a $75,000 car at Off Lease at Thanksgiving 2024.

I bought a $75,000 car at Off Lease at Thanksgiving 2024. It was towed the next day. It has been in the shop for three months. Rust buckets.

Rust buckets. All the trucks come from up north. Snow and salt exposed. All are rusty in the undercarriage. I didn't listen to the reviews and wasted time driving up there to view their trucks. I had 35k bank check, trade in worth 8k, and left without test driving a vehicle due to the amount of rust in the undercarriage. All the trucks at least. Some trucks were painted underneath. Don't be fooled. It's rust under that paint. They also add on 2-3k to the sticker for any vehicle with wheels but they do give the option to put stock back on.

When inquiring about the car it asked if I wanted to test

When inquiring about the car it asked if I wanted to test drive. I said yes, however when I got to the dealer the young lady said the owner does not let you test drive cars without a pre- approval, they try to keep the miles down. Why get a pre-approval if I don’t even know if I like the car or not. This was not a great experience for me.

They listed a blue on blue 2023 Corvette for 1 dollar.

They listed a blue on blue 2023 Corvette for 1 dollar. It has been on their lot for 171 days. They had a chart showing its value drop from 99 grand to 1 dollar. I tried to buy it immediately and was declined. So i am currently filing a lawsuit. You cannot advertise something and not sell it at the listed price. The price that THEY listed. I have no problem taking this to a court. Best buy had 10 thousamd dollar tvs. Listed as for sale for $9.99. They had to honor thousands of those sales.. They listed it as 10 bucks and had to honor it. This is no different. I have been in contact with my lawyer and the federal trade comission and we are moving foward.
