I called first thing yesterday morning to see if I needed an appointment for getting my husband’s tires rotation and the secretary said no! I could hardly hear her to get the answer. But as we connected it was clearer. They took care of my needs. We bought our tk in 2021 there at 4 Stars and have been pleased with all our help.

Good people. Bought several trucks from them the past couple years. This recent purchase is the only one I see any issues with. Factory paint job full of dirt nibs and places where the factory likely tried to sand them out leaving the paint dull.

Bethany was great and very attentive to all my questions and needs. I asked for additional pictures and videos and she sent me everything I asked for with no questions. As for the purchase and paperwork very smooth and didn’t spend all day buying my truck! After driving home 3 half hours I noticed a small coolant leak. I sent Bethany a text on Saturday and she said she would talk to her service manager on Monday. Today Bethany called me first thing and told me to take it to a local dealership or mechanic and for them to bill the dealership. 4 Star Auto Ranch gets 10 stars in my book! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
