I purchased a car yesterday after waiting to close on a house. This dealership helpfully held the car for me for two weeks with no problem. They picked me up at the airport, beat my bank's interest rate by more than a percentage point, guided me through paperwork, financing and the vehicle's controls, smoothly, efficiently and without hassle. They were super helpful, fun and engaging through the whole process as well. All of my car buying research led me to be on the defensive at the dealership. That turned out to be unwarranted. We were all on the same page about selling this car and worked cooperatively to make it happen. Thank you Kendall Subaru! I will hopefully not need another car soon, but when I do I will go there and you should as well! Ask for Michael K.!

I purchased a car yesterday after waiting to close on a house. This dealership helpfully held the car for me for two weeks with no problem. A Great Help!

David Bolt of Kendall Subaru gave us and our 2016 Subaru great care when we came to Fairbanks last week, and he diagnosed a faulty heater that had been vexing us for two winter. Thanks, David and Kendall!

Another great fix by Kendall

Thanks to David Bolt for his ever-friendly counter service. Struts and leaky oil sensor fixed, on Extended Warranty (no stars yet for Repairs 'cause we haven't run it long enough to know). BTW, DO NOT buy a Subaru without the Extended Warranty: Eye Sight has failed three times (albeit at -40 F) @ $3000 a pop. But overall v good treatment by Kendall.

Service for 2020 forester

I love the texting feature with the service manager. I have a job that does not allow phone calls so keeping me posted and getting the ok to service my car was an easy process. Thank you!

Great service! Our car had issues with the active grill shutter. Kendall Subaru got the parts in through the headache of parts inventory and got our vehicle repaired.

Kendall Subaru

Kenneth Fulk was great as was the rest of his sales team. I did find a small dent in car after leaving, white car bright sun on notice when looking down car not straight on. Such is life.

Fairbanks Kendall Subaru Outback Review

Exemplary! Morgan Chase was very disappointing. I spent an hour trying to log onto their site to create online payment for new car. Nothing went correctly. Spent an hour with Kendall Finance and Morgan Chase IT person and they, too, were enable to create online payment. I now refuse to pay online Morgan Chase. Would you trust a company whose own staff was unable to help a customer create online payments? I can 'see' a collection agency visiting us due to lack of payment on their end.
