I was very satisfied with my dealings here. I really appreciated that they handed me the keys and let me take an unaccompanied test drive. The sale was easy, no stressful arm bending by the Finance Manager. We were in/out in about 3 hours including a 20 minute test drive. I have no problem recommending this dealership to friends.

Responded to all my calls and text messages. The only negative experience was getting the car charged. I read the manuals and watched a dozen video tutorials. I got a SWTCH account and RFID card I wasted 2 days learning by trial and error when a station is not available, it doesn't matter if the doors are locked/unlocked when you start the charge process, where to tap the SWTCH card, which adaptor and connector goes with which choice of charge and station type, the station ID need not be entered if you use the SWTCH card, etc.

Friendly people and great service. I would recommend Annapolis Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car. Shawn Lagundo was great to work with and very knowledgeable on the vehicles very complicated controls.
