They didn't mention the engine was bad and definitely

They didn't mention the engine was bad and definitely didn't advertise the car had problems. After I arrived they just told me the engine wasn't good and then walked away. Lousy customer service and didn't even offer to let us look at another vehicle. Just seemed like they wanted to sit on there xxxxx and not interested in selling vehicles. Waste of time and gas to get there.

LOVE love love B & D Auto! My father purchased several vehicles there, as did my mother and myself. We love the “one price” system- no haggling or arguing. The sales and finance teams are top flight, and I trust them wholeheartedly. They even have their own service center, which is the only place I’ll go for mechanical service or repairs. If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest car lot, go to B & D. Tell ‘em Vicki sent you.

OMG!!! but we’re in california ?!? no problem... worked w calvin and troy... $ wired... transport to AZ where we her picked up... this vehicle exceeds our expectations!!! immaculate in every way!!! superior customer service!!! we are happy kids :)

Great experience. Start here first and save time

This was a great experience from start to finish. B and D's business model is to do all the necessary maintenance and repairs on a car to get it to NADA clean retail condition. Then they sell if for this price which is a win- win for both sides. You don't have to worry that they're trying to screw you and you're not going to screw them. They will show you everything that was checked and what was done to the car to get it in that condition. In my case, I noticed that the passenger seat motor only went in one direction. I bought the car trusting that they would make it right. They did. They actually drove a loaner car out to my office (the complete opposite side of town) and left it with me for two days while they fixed the problem. They also ordered me an owner's manual (which was missing) and mailed it to me. Everybody I dealt with was a professional, no bs and overall good guys (especially Marv). Next time I need a car, I will start here.

Professional

Even though they were unable to help me, these guys stayed professional from the moment I walked in, until the moment I stepped out. Marv was great! As a younger guy, first time buying from a lot, they treated me with respect. I will look forward to doing business in the future!

Never Responded

Emailed them thru autotrader site to find out more about a honda they had just listed. Never got a response. Not great. Finding a car elsewhere.

Worst costumer service.

As soon as I showed up the salesman didn't bother to acknowledge me. When I was asking for a car he pointed at it and said there it is. He didn't bother to give me any information about it. The guy was a complete disrespectful xxxxxxx. I would not recommend this place. When I was trying to make a deal with him he said "we don't negotiate" and walked away.
