Got my car in the same day I called. Matt listened to my concerns and checked on everything I asked about and more. They fixed the problems caused by the dealership quickly and reasonably. Every employee acknowledged my presence and spoke to me like they valued my business. HIGHLY recommend!!!

2013 Murano CrossCabriolet
Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I have NEVER in all my years of purchasing a vehicle from larger establishments, been as impressed as Bedrock Motors made me fill. Thank you.
2013 Murano CrossCabriolet

Unaccetpable
Bought a 2014 GMC Terrain from Juan. Was told no issues with the truck and that they do a full inspect and repair on all vehicles before selling. Long story short, it has transmission issues, bluetooth microphone is blown and all fluids were low after purchasing the vehicle. If they in fact do these checks and repairs, all of these would have been found. Brought the truck in, was told tranny lines are leaking and they topped the fluid off. Juan claimed he spoke to the mngr and the best they could do was split the cost, which is completely unacceptable. Mechanic claimed he topped off the transmission fluid, but the tank was empty when I checked and nothing leaking on cardboard I put down to check. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, go someplace honest. All I want are these issues fixed and be on my way.

Excellent place to buy a car. They were $1000 cheaper than anywhere else in Minnesota. Great Value. Joe and Wampli were awesome. Great staff. Easy process. I highly recommend them.

Not Ethical / Dishonest
Information was withheld from me which has now caused the value of the vehicle I purchased from Bedrock to be drastically lower than what I was initially told. The vehicle had 2 accident / damage incidents that the dealer knew about and did not tell me when I was asking about the car. This car is one of only 1000 and this type of information is critical to the resale of this rare car. I called the dealer once I found out from another dealer about the accident / damage incidents because I was having trouble with the car and I asked Bedrock about it and they said they always do a CARFAX on the cars they have but decide which information to disclose. Good dealers show you the CARFAX report and then have you sign the last page so they have on record that they showed it to you. Unfortunately I didn't know anything about how the process normally works at reputable dealers because Bedrock is not one. I know now. I do not recommend Bedrock because they withhold critical information from you and it is not ethical.

Bought a nice used car.
They had a perfect car. They let me have it checked out by my personal mechanic. A problem was found, and Bedrock Motors repaired it for me without a hassle. They agreed with the work, and fixed it, no questions asked.

Do NOT buy a car here
Do NOT buy a car from them. My boyfriend and I went here about a month ago and bought a car. There has been nothing but problems since. First of all we couldn't lock it for the first month of using it because they had never fixed the locks before purchase and they were waiting on the parts, I should've took it as a sign. The next thing is that the check engine and a whole bunch of other lights came on and and the car was literally not drivable, they towed it there for us, which was nice. But it took them a few days to look at the car, when in reality it should've been at the top of their list because we had just bought it and were already having major issues. We had bought coil packs and spark plugs knowing that was the issue and they lazily only installed one of each, when we had them all there. After that it drove home just fine, next morning check engine light is back on and there's more issues. They don't offer a warranty and stupidly I didn't read that part or wasn't told, so basically there is nothing they will do for us. The guy on the phone said "we don't have a blank checkbook to be writing out for people", okay I get that but you sold us a car for $12k that isn't reliable and already not drivable again, it really isn't fair. The communication between them and I was horrible, I had to keep calling and reminding them I exist and am having problems. I am so done with this company and how I was treated as a young female throughout this entire process. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!
