Terrible customer service. Overpriced and rude. Never buy from them.... Sales manager didn't tell me his name until I asked... Sat silently and was extremely disrespectful. Go anywhere else.

I had the opportunity to purchase a truck from Jon Pedersen. He was not pushy and straight forward, no BS which I enjoyed a lot. I would recommend to anyone that likes none fluff personality to work with Jon. I was there with my wife and my two children under the age of 3. All the staff was accepting of my children running all over the facility. Those who have active children as we do, knows how hard it is at times to keep them entertained. I also worked with Wanbli taking care of the paperwork. He was awesome took no time at all to get the paperwork out of the way. I was out of state and he was able and willing to take care of my states paperwork as well. I have bought in MN before and most dealers careless to do my states paperwork. I personally will be back if I am ever in a need of a vehicle again. This dealership reminded me of how small town dealers use to be in my area. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out. I worked with Paul at Bedrock Motors in Blaine to buy a used car after mine was totaled in an accident. The workers were not pushy and allowed me to take the car to my own mechanic to have it looked at. They validated my concerns, were very helpful in answering questions and allowed me to take my time in deciding. Great experience!
