"No Brainer"

With intentions to look at several dealers, Larry H. Miller Hyundai was our first stop of the day. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by Albert. He patiently took us throughout the properties and made every concession to find us a vehicle within our budget and specifications. After several options, Albert found us the "no brainer" deal. First time

Kind of surprised

We started looking for a SUV with better gas mileage than our Tundra, and narrowed the search to a Santa Fe for our lifestyle. Larry Miller Hyundai happened to have one, so we stopped by to check it out. We were lucky when we arrived because everything fell into place. The trade-in value and price that we settled on was fair, and everyone went the extra mile to orient and explore our new ride with us!

Started bad finished strong

We went in just starting our search and came across a car we liked so we started talking numbers. Jordon was super nice and not pushy at all which we LOVED! Loren his boss came over and was very condescending and rude from the very start. We told him over and over we were just starting out and he was being very pushy and arrogant. Finally he got fed up with us and passed us on to a different manager. Addison came over and right away turned things around. As a team Addison and Jordon were amazing and we ended up buying a car we absolutely love! Their customer service was incredible and we left very happy!

Great experience

Everyone I worked with at this dealership was great, especially Marisa. She wasn’t there when I went in to test drive, but she set me up with others who helped me out. Everything was transparent and clear throughout the negotiations, and they even went and got the specific vehicle I wanted from another dealership. Even the two hours I spent in the dealership to close the deal were not bad, as Marisa and everyone else there were enjoyable to be around :-)

Best experience purchasing a car

Jen did an excellent job finding the car to fit my lifestyle. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Every question we had she answered and was very knowledgeable . I loved how at the end she went through and taught me everything I needed to know about my car. Dyshon from finance was also excellent and had amazing communication skills and made the experience with Hyundai amazing as well! I would definitely recommend Hyundai to anyone.

Good experience, would recommend

I traded in my 2007 Dodge Nitro for a 2019 Hyundai. I really wanted the full electric version (not available yet) but Alex sold me on the hybrid and it seems great and a nice upgrade from the Nitro. He even let us take it to our house to make sure our Great Dane would fit in the back seat.
