Select Motors

Absolute scam artists. Sent written offer based on KBB sell your vehicle, then claim you didn't disclose things (that absolutely WERE disclosed) so they lower their offer thousands of dollars. Zero stars. AVOID!

We purchased a used 2018 truck from this dealer and within 2 days the tire low pressure sensor came on. We blew the tire back up at home and it took 1 week before the pressure sensor came back on again for the tire. They sold us a truck with a bad tire and did not disclose this information. Since then we have had to pay to get the tire repaired twice. When I called to let them know about this I spoke to Mike the manager and he was condescendingly rude and actually yelling at me on the phone saying it's not his problem and saying "you're wrong" repeatedly. He refused to apologize or make anything right. He also went so far as to say "Don't you remember we came down a thousand dollars for you on price?!" We actually paid their full asking price for our truck and we were told their prices are final and they don't negotiate price for anyone by Tom our salesman (which I found strange at the time). When I told Mike this he said "oh, oops, I guess that was another couple from Indiana I sold a vehicle to last week." Now we know they lied about that too. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially due to dishonest practices and sales/managers. Will definitely not return here for our next vehicle.

Tom Wuebker was my salesman and did an excellent job. Tom was very friendly and honest. He sold us the truck at a very fair price and took great care of us!

Caleb was excellent! Obviously we were impressed with the "No Hassle" service the 1st time or we wouldn't have considered coming back to buy a 2nd vehicle less than 2 months later.

This was by far the most professional experience I have had buying a used vehicle. Select Motors answered all my questions , called me back promtly and when I arrived, let me drive the vehicle by myself so I could make my own decision. Caleb worked with my bank, had all of the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. He made this a very easy purchase for an out of state buyer. Caleb and Tom both helped me out a both were excellent and very knowledgeable. We were looking at Enclaves. We saw one on your lot and drove it, and loved it. So we decided to purchase it because Tom and Caleb were so helpful. Would recommend Select Motors to anyone!
