I have been discriminated against at Freeland Chevrolet

I have been discriminated against at Freeland Chevrolet Dealership (FREELAND CAUSED MY CAR ENGINE TO STOP WORKING ESSENTIALLY CAUSING IT TO FAIL AND GO OUT I am so disappointed with the customer service i just received at this Freeland Chevrolet Dealership from service advisor Frank Marshall he tried to take full advantage of me and my wife he had absolutely no remorse for it. On 1/23/2025 me and my wife dropped off my 2016 Chevy Camaro at the freeland dealership because I had a concern due to my check engine light and stability light being on frank called my wife and mention the technicians's findings were the cylinder misfire and recommended we replace the ignition coil, spark plugs & do a oil change which I authorized on 1/23/2025 on 1/24/2025 the service advisor frank marshall called my wife and stated the technician had blown the gasket and this would be repaired by freeland service department at no additional cost frank marshall gave my wife a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience caused and now on 1/29/2025 frank marshall called my wife again to inform us that the vehicle would cost $16,000 instead of the $1300 that frank marshall initially told us. My experience at the freeland dealership has been unpleasant. Frank didn't have any willingness to help me and was combative and argumentative can you help me resolve this issue please?

I was looking for a used GMC truck and the price was

I was looking for a used GMC truck and the price was fair. The issue I had was at the point of creating a buyers order they added a $1500 penalty for not trading in a car and another $1500 for not financing with them. That just seems odd.
