We bought a 2006 Silverado Hybrid on 6/28/25 from Dillon.

We bought a 2006 Silverado Hybrid on 6/28/25 from Dillon. The transaction went very smoothly and we were very pleased with the deal. Sunday I was checking fluids and things like that and I also programmed a few FOBs I had laying around. Everything seemed fine. Later I went to drive off and the truck wouldn't start. Since it's a hybrid I had no idea what to do. I contacted Dillon. I started trying to find someone to help me, at that time I had no idea that programing those FOBs caused the issue. Dillon contacted me Monday morning. Later Monday Dillon and Josh ( their mechanic) came to my home in West Knox to help me. Josh discovered the problem, found a solution, and followed the procedure to fix the vehicle. They did way more than I could have expected. These are good people and I am very pleased with their service and integrity. I could not recommend them any more highly!

Bought 2 cars from sweetwater location.

Bought 2 cars from sweetwater location. Bolth were rip offs . Car 1 had a hidden dent in bumper that disabled safety park assist feature. The manager admitted to the fault and refused to fix. Car 2 I contacted the dealer about a gap claim. The dealer advised me to come in for paperwork then conned me into trading the wrecked car. The wrecked car was later totaled the dealer refused to release car then held gap payment

I had not read any of the reviews for Volunteer Auto Group prior to visiting the E. Lamar Alexander Pkwy location; however, a friend, that I trust, suggested that we talk to Donnie Lockett at that location regarding finding another car to purchase. I dislike shopping for a car but our experience with Donnie was great and I appreciated his low-key, no pressure attitude. He fulfilled all of his promises re the sale and I would definitely advise that if you are looking for a used vehicle, talk to Donnie Lockett at the E. Lamar Alexander Parkway location. He will help you in any way he can to find the right vehicle. In addition, after we made the decision to purchase a car, "Zach" was very efficient and helpful in taking care of the administrative details.

Within 2 hours of my husband taking possession of the

Within 2 hours of my husband taking possession of the car, the check engine light came on. Call immediately & was told we would receive a call back. My husband called a couple more times over the next 10 days with no call back. He finally took the vehicle back to them. They have now had it almost 3 weeks & it still isn't done. When my husband calls he's told they'll call back& never do.

Bought Jeep in 2020, when i signed paperwork, i didn't

Bought Jeep in 2020, when i signed paperwork, i didn't notice it was $2000 more than agreed price, when i ask , was told it was for extended warranty. It was after i went Credit Union that financed it that the error was caught. Went back the next day to get my truck that i traded in , They said, Oh ,we have already sold it. So i decided to just keep warranty ang jeep. Then 2 years later ,I keep getting calls from one sales person after another wanting to sell me a truck. It was Volunteer Auto Group,i ask them to quit calling , but its like a telemarketing scam group, Call after call. Still hadnt made the connection that it was same address as Hepperlys in Maryville. looked up owner, guess what , Its owner is Steve Herrerly, got to looking at the number of lawsuits Hepperlys had, guess they changed the name hoping no one would know what a crappy car lot and the 1 star reviews. Don't dare give them your name or phone number,and cover your tag if if you go on to their lot, if you don't buy , be prepared for the calls to star rolling in continually ,trying to sell you a car.

Worst place ever !

Worst place ever ! They ran our credit so many times to try to find us a vehicle . We ended up purchasing a vehicle that we had to return the same day because their service department didn't report the issues that were wrong with the vehicle . We were also told to " take out a payday loan" , so that we can have more of a down payment . These salesman here have absolutely no clue how to deal with customers . We were told we wouldn't be able to get into a SUV with the payment we wanted and the down payment we had . After returning the vehicle we went to a different dealership and ended up in a beautiful SUV with a really nice payment in less than 15 min . I'm still receiving letters from auto loan places because they ran our credit over 20 times . DO NOT GO HERE !!!
