Great, until after you buy...
Great service until after you buy! Then you do not matter anymore! Was told I’d have a second key made and it’s been 3.5 weeks with Richard Schott doesn’t call or text back. Giving me the runaround about the key guy having issues. Not one attempt has been made to help me even after I wasted a lot of time and gas to drive down and have it done! Will not be buying my second vehicle from them like I was going to. I’ll tell my husband to go somewhere else. So sad how you don’t matter after you have spent thousands of dollars. I hope the owners and CEO’s realize how fake their staff is.

Everyone is very courteous and helpful. We worked with Fred in the Service Dept. and our car was ready an hour earlier than the time they said. We talked to Betty Purgason about a future purchase in the fall.
