Grat to work with. Very friendly, listened to our needs. Carlton was great. Took the car for a spin. Carlton explained some of the features while test driving the car. Very impressed that we ordered another lexus. Tech dept great expanded all the features. Adi inthe teck dept was great even came to our house to set up the car remote control to the garage. As I stated before extremely satified.
