I just spent $50K on a certified used Lexus ES350 and a “L maintenance “ extended warranty. The car had a scratched windshield which wasn’t detectable until after driving in the rain and using the wipers. I was told repair/replacement was not covered under my factory or current $7k warranty I purchased. When I asked to at least replace the wipers, I was told they weren’t covered under factory or purchased warranty. $50K out the door with factory and paid for extended warranty and I have to pay $42 for a pair of windshield wipers which actually made a difference!!!!! Even though I am otherwise happy with my car, I will NEVER recommend Lexus to anyone.

Great experience buying a car. Everyone I met was more than welcoming and helpful. I spoke to Paul on the phone a couple of times before we moved to Florida. He is a true gentleman and a great salesman. Buying a ca can be a stressful and lengthy endeavor but the atmosphere in the dealership was calming and inviting.
