Went back to the dealership the following day after I bought a 2025 ES350, explained that the car would not satisfy my vehicle requirements and asked to cancel the transaction, give me my deposit and trade-in back, and I would pay for anything that I needed to. They wanted me to “trade” the Lexus in and purchase my car back, to the tune of $7,949. Otherwise, sorry for your luck. I am NOT a happy customer and will ensure that people hear about my experience.

Service Advisor Jude Forte was very attentive replacing a dead battery in my 2024 Lexus RX350H+ with 12500 mi. Thank you Treasure Coast Lexus for replacing the battery for no charge under warranty. There is a known issue with the 2024 Lexus RX350H+ batteries being underpowered and prematurely dying from parasite power draw. Lexus should have recalled the battery given the hassle involved with opening electronic doors with a dead battery (see videos online).

We enjoyed the experience, but still too much paperwork, at Treasure Coast Lexus. JB, Analiyah,and Dave were excellent. Good sense of humor and did their jobs professionally with some fun thrown in. Look forward to saying hi next time I come in which will not be for a very, very, very long time since Dave sold us all those warranty programs. 😁
