I bought my car online out of state.

I bought my car online out of state. I was skeptical because the process was way too easy and the car price was too good to be true. They hit it out of the park with financing. The car delivery process was easy and as promised. Thank you Quest Auto Sales and my salesperson Bruce for helping me get a car I never though I could afford. I'm still loving my Acura!

Helped me get a great car for the money.

Helped me get a great car for the money. Other dealers told me and would not take the time to even try to work me. Appreciate the car and the experience.

Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer.

Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer. They sent a Lien hold to the credit union. While the deal was being worked they still sold it without notifying myself nor the creditor. Liars and crooks in every meaning of the words. I am a Chief Financial Officer who deals with dozens of businesses and hundreds of people a day throughout the Central and Mountain region. This Quest Auto will never be recommended to any of them.

Yes, we did sell a car that you looked at online, when we asked for a deposit and you declined. We also were working with you while waiting for your dad to obtain a loan for your vehicle purchase. We tried to email and call your cosigners contact at the credit union and got no response. Bottom line is we tried to reach you and get a deposit, but we were unsuccessful. We tried to reach the rep at the credit union, but were unsuccessful. We can't hold vehicles without a deposit should be the key take away.

Dealership sent the Lien hold to the credit union working the deal. They sold the car anyways without calling me. Quest Auto has been reported to the BBB. I will Never recommend them to any of my clients, employees or businesses I deal with throughout the Central and Mountain region.

A complete rip off, I bought the SUV for 15,000 I year

A complete rip off, I bought the SUV for 15,000 I year ago, they knew it was a temporary and said it was a great deal and they would buy it back not to sell anywhere else. So after 8 months I called them to see about them buying it back and they said yes but only for 8000.00 I couldn't believe what they said. So they told me it had depreciated 7000,00 in 8 months which is a lie. NO ONE should trust them. I also came across 2 other people that were ripped off with major engine problems.

Christine, sorry to hear you had called for a bid on your vehicle from us and didn't get the number you were hoping for. It seems you called and didn't stop by for us to give a full appraisal on the Equinox you did purchase from us in February of 2023. We can only guesstimate when the vehicle isn't presented to us in person, but rather over the phone. We will always give more for a trade in when we can physically see it and test drive it. If you would ever like to bring it by in person, we can give you a better valuation and a much better offer. Please come see our stores Sales Manager Scott in person.

I am sorry to hear about the confusion on our vehicle bidding process. If you would like to sell your vehicle to us, just bring it by and we can give a better valuation. And I am sorry you had to spend $100 on your car.

I’m sorry Scott but that is NOT correct when I called, you never said bring the vehicle in. You had Called me back and said that you would only give me 8000.00 for the vehicle and that you had called Carmax and they would offer me 10,000 You NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT coming in so that is untrue!! Again I was ripped off. Oh and you also said the vehicle had been serviced with oil change and inspection that also was not true after 1 month I had to get a oil change and had a leak in the tire after a week. I am Never in that area so I I got it all done and cost me 100.00….

amazing cars available for sale, huge indoor showroom with some really neat cars. had no idea these folks have such a nice place. bought a corvette here and I couldnt be happier. super easy and less headache not dealing with a big dealer. keep it up quest auto

The Best Kept Secret is right

Great people and amazing cars priced right. Helped me even though other big dealers told me they couldn't help with my bad credit. Made the process easy and got the loan from a national lender.
