Found a car on cargurus and went to the Southwest Auto...

Found a car on cargurus and went to the Southwest Auto Sales website to get more info. Seems the website is answered by an out of state call center, but when I called the dealer, Jason verified the car was available and sent several pictures. We set a time to come and inspect since I was 2 hours away. I was met by Jason, test drove the car and made the purchase. The whole process was super smooth, no pressure and was probably done in maybe an hour. Jason had one issue with the car fixed and had it detailed when we arrived to pick it up the following week. If the other salespeople are as nice as Jason, you can't go wrong!

I had pre-set an appointment with John to look at a...

I had pre-set an appointment with John to look at a vehicle and purchase it. I was coming from over an hour away so I texted john 30 min before my 5:30 appt. to let him know my ETA. He then texted back “I’m ready for you!” I arrived at the dealership and saw John leave with the same car for a test drive with someone else. When they returned I went up and verified that he was John and he said “yes.” The customer test driving said “I thought you were Allen not John?” John then said “I am Allen” and I said “So are you John or Allen!?” He said “I’m John.” So I then ask what is going on with the vehicle that I have a appt. set to look at and buy? John and the other people test driving go in the office to make a deal while I’m left with no information on what’s going on. I asked if I could at least test drive it or look at it and they said “No not right now just hold off!” as there are 3 miserable salesmen waiting around. I waited 1 hour and then ask if I can just talk to the Brandon (Manager) and Brandon said we are first come first serve so I asked “Well then what’s the point of an appointment?” He couldn’t answer that and then he said well, they are doing a credit application for the other people right now and I then showed the manager the cash they are asking for it. And he said hold off for now. So I’ve been waiting for an hour with no test drive and no answer. I have cash in hand. About 10 minutes later the Brandon (Manager) said they are going to buy it. So a set appointment doesn’t matter to these people nor does cash in hand nor does their word. I also overheard a sales men hard selling a warranty to a customer… If this doesn’t tell you how they do business i don’t know what does…

Southwest Auto Sales really take care of their customers...

Southwest Auto Sales really take care of their customers when they say they take care of their customers. Even after purchasing my 2017 Buick Encore they didn’t hesitate to help. Plus purchase includes oil changes for 2 years🤩Josh Edgar helped me with my vehicle purchase. Great communication. 100% recommend.

I love how friendly they were and the finance lady I was...

I love how friendly they were and the finance lady I was working with was honest. She basically gave me advice on what was best for me financially instead of letting me choose something I knew Incouldnt afford and I will forever appreciate her for that.

I loved the whole experience I had with southwest auto sales ! They helped me pick the perfect car for me and my family.. They were friend and very effective. I just had my first oil change and I couldn’t be happier with the service that got and how fast they got it done . Very happy 😃

Found my car on cars.com, so I didn’t know what to expect from SouthwestAuto. The service was unexpectedly good and the transaction unexpectedly smooth. As a new widow, I want to thank them for making it easy for me.

Very happy with the service we received for our car....

Very happy with the service we received for our car. Everyone was nice and very helpful and even went out of their way to adjust a problem with our headlights during our oil change. Great dealership and service department.
