Traveling from Arizona to Oklahoma I had a minor
Traveling from Arizona to Oklahoma I had a minor emergency with my GMC Sierra. It had to have been operator error, but a few miles out of Albuquerque I ran my windshield washer and noticed a light oil sheen on the lower left of the glass. I pulled into Moriarty to check to see what caused it . I discovered the oil cap was missing. I found Tillery Chevy/GMC just a few blocks away. They did not have the replacement cap and said it would be 4 days before a new one could arrive. They saw the panic on my face and offered to remove the oil cap from the same model truck on their lot. Great! They installed the cap from the other truck. I paid for one to be shipped in, and I was headed home very much appreciative of their accommodating my needs. From that experience I can say they are good people willing to help any way they can.

Ordered a new Z06 convertible.
Ordered a new Z06 convertible. The experience was pleasant and I usually do not like car salesman with the team. There was extremely pleasant, professional, and cooperative. I have also placed an order for ZR one when they become available I highly recommend the team there.

Unfair Markup
They are trying to gouge their allocation for the C8 Z06 in the amount of 50k above msrp. I was originally told it would be a 5k markup so I paid $100 to be on the list. When I was notified that my number came up with an allocation available, it suddenly became a 50k markup!

Service center outstanding
7-18-23 Took our 2003 Avalanche for what we thought was a brake issue. Andy, Tillery service technician, worked for 3 hours and found a bad ground wire connection that caused the truck to lose ABS and to sound and flash brake warnings when hitting bumps and potholes. At times it was so severe the truck engine would die after hitting a bump. This has been an issue on and off for over two years with many mechanics trying to find the issue. I want to THANK this group in Tillery's service dept. Denise, Will and especially Andy the service tech!!

I was traveling thru NM and lost power steering and power
I was traveling thru NM and lost power steering and power brakes got into an I-40 rest area and did a google search for GMC dealers near by . Lucky for me Tillery GMC was 12 miles away I called their service dept told them my situation they were able to have a look that same day ! Diagnosed my problem gave me a fair quote ordered the parts . I travel in a gmc school bus conversion so they let me stay in my bus till parts were delivered and repairs were made . I must say that the desk people were extremely nice as was everyone I met there . The technicians did a great job the brakes and power steering work better than ever . I recommend Tillery for all your service needs

MECHANICS ARE USELESS HERE
I came in for an oil change and the next day I had an oil leak they had me here for 1+ hours trying to figure out a simple oil change
