Needed a car asap. terrible to have a timeline when spending so much money but that was my reality. After many dealers and even more inquiries I went "back" (I had previously purchased cars from them) to Autolenders to see if they could help. They did not disappoint. My salesman, Will was smart; receptive; and understood what my needs were. I highly recommend AutoLenders as a great place to buy a car.

Nor was the sales representative I was working with, there was no costs explained to me and when I asked to think about it over night I was told I couldn't because they were closing on a loan I DID NOT want. Not only that but she had my car key at this time so I couldn't just walk out. I was dealing with my personal bank for the loan and she pretty much told me no we were going through their lender. I did not know the pricing or anything and she had spent more time talking with another customer then with me. It wasn't until I was signing the paperwork that anything was explained. I understand that I signed the paperwork but I felt at that point there was no other option because they had told me I wasn't allowed to take my car home and think about it over night. The next day when I called the manager he made it clear he did not believe me but he did help me and I felt much better about my purchase. I had called back to ask the manager a question, Nor had picked up and when I asked to speak with Jim the manager she viciously stated Jim does not work there and hung up on me. Later that evening I went into the office to speak with Jim and he helped me switch the lender to the bank I was working with and made the purchase much more pleasurable. When I had brought it to his attention about Nor hanging up on me he once again said she wouldn't do that. Although they did help me get the vehicle I wanted they were very shady on to how they went about it. I don't suggest going to this autolender especially if you're working with Nor.

Great, no pressure experience purchasing a new (to me) vehicle. Nor was great as was the support staff, financial people, and administrative folks. I will surely return!

I bought a heel from auto lenders I had a horrible experience with their service that my car needed. I went back 4 times to fix the problem I had with it so inconvenient for me and frustrating. The issue I had with it was never fixed so I gave up going back to their service department and searched for another service company. I wouldn’t recommend their service department not sure how well trained their mechanics are.

Being a previous and highly satisfied customer in need of a quick replacement for a car destroyed in Florida by Hurricane Ian, my wife and I dropped in to speak to Scott Vogel at the Egg Harbor Township Autolenders showroom. Within minutes of outlining our situation and preferences, Scott expertly narrowed our search down to less than a dozen vehicles from the vast Autolenders inventory for the entire region including what was in stock at EHT. Within the following 30 minutes or so, we were able to single out one car that checked all our boxes. We settled on it and within less than an hour, we had arrived at fair price, test driven it, and signed the paper work. Most impressive was the way in which Scott, George (Manager) and the Autolenders Administrator, Justine worked in unison to make our purchasing experience a no-stress event. Kudos to them all.

Thomas Sullivan, our car salesman, was so great to us. He got us into a great SUV that we love. He was so polite and wonderful to deal with. I recommend anyone wanting to buy a car at Auto Lenders to look Thomas up. You will be glad you did. He is just a great guy.

I had an excellent first time car buying experience with auto lenders. It was a zero free hassle and no pressure experience! Greg was extremely patient as I test drove 4 vehicles and he helped me stay in the price I wanted. Greg and his manager went above and beyond to get me over a few hurdles before I relocated for my military assignment. I totally recommend auto lenders. I intend to return myself if necessary.

Worked with Nor. Best experience buying a car ever. Just had truck transferred, within 18 hours of calling, to location and purchase started within minutes of it arriving and doing test drive.
