Bad experience working with service department as their main goal was to make as much money from me without regard to how it will impact the customer. I brought in my car for regular service and I was told I need new tires and new brakes as well. I told them to go ahead with brakes but not tires for now. I also asked them to look into a warning light on dashboard. They were not able to fix it rather more warning signals came on after whatever they did. My bill was $2350 including dashboard lights they did not fix rather made worst. But they told me that body department can fix it and I will be given credit. The main reason I stayed with their body shop was that I will get credit for work they have charged me but not completed. However, after work completed body shop did not acknowledge previous payment and when I talked to the same service manager who had previously charged me for incomplete work, totally denied it. I felt so ashamed treated like this. I have given them my business for past 6 years and they made me so fool. I felt they were just trying to make money every possible way.

The experience was world class. I am a customer for life!!! My brothers whom is currently waiting on the new RX350 will be coming there to place his order. Also, my sister who is loving my new ride will be coming down as well. BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD!!!!!

Westport, CT 6/20/2022 we have been taking our Lexus vehicles to this dealership for over 20 years. our most recent experience was nothing short of awful. they charged us $4,00 to repair a heat/ ac problem. when they returned the car the problem still existed!!! when we called them they took the car back and kept it for almost a month because they said they were having a hard time finding out where the problem was. They even claimed that they brought people in from Lexus to help but they too were of no help. They offered us a $1,000 discount but the problem would still exist or they would put in a rebuilt part to supposedly fix the original problem but they would not guarantee that the rebuilt part would have longevity so they would not give us a warranty on the part. As far as I am concerned they are total scam artists. They and Lexus should be ashamed of themselves. I am so disgusted with Lexus of Westport: please be careful dealing with them. steve s
The salesperson (Derrick) was knowledgeable, and stood by the deal I made. It came up cheaper than all of the other dealerships in the area, though I had to react quickly. Most of the paperwork was done up front, so it did not take me long to drive back in a new car. Business department tried to upsell things, and they even tried to bargain for those, but their pricing on options/warranties was not the best. In summary, it was a good experience, and providing they would have a good deal for me, I would deal with them again.

As usual, Kris Brown from the Service Department and Lexus of Westport whose service department is located in Fairfield, CT, never let us down. Kris took great care in looking after the repairs and keeping us updated with photos. The final cost of the repairs as compared to the estimate was spot on! No surprises there. We are very thankful.
Contractual agreements don’t seem to matter
My husband purchased a 2017 Lexus NX fsport from this dealership in October of 2021 that had previous damage to a rear driver wheel well. We received an IOU to repair the damage upon purchase. Here we are the end of May and he gets no answers, returned calls or texts. Then is told after numerous calls to the salesman Hector who sold us this vehicle that the part is in only to drive from Bristol to Westport (50 min drive) only to find out they have no record of the part or the IOU. He drives across the street to the dealership met with a salesperson who tells him to wait until 4pm, it’s 2PM, for hector to be in the building to deal with it. My husband asks to speak to the dealership GM who is sitting in an office 10ft away with their door open but is told he is too busy to speak to my husband. We purchased this car before we had our baby in December with the promise this would be fixed as promised I would have expected in a timely manor not over 8 months later. $33k for a newer Lexus and this is how he is treated? I am absolutely beside myself. Luckily we have consumer resources for places like this. It would be nice if someone could take the time to speak with us since we do live so far away and have been extremely patient. We just want the xxxx part fixed like they told us they would in writing!

The check engine light came on in my Lexus IS 250. I took the car to the service center of the New Country Lexus of Westport in Fairfield, CT. After a thorough checkup, it was determined that the gas cap was loose and there were no other issues. Of course, I was relieved that it was a simple fix and I was grateful to the service center for their professionalism and honesty. I have absolutely no reservations about taking my car back anytime I have a problem or for a regular service.

I could not be happier with my car buying experience at Lexus of Westport. Derrick quickly greeted us when we arrived to pick up our '22 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport. My sales person Chris Kelley presented my new car with a beautiful red bow on top of it. Kevin was professional and very clear with the financial paperwork, that we had to go through and sign. Bob Levenson the General Manager stopped by and took the time to congratulate us on our new purchase. Liz was very knowledgeable on setting up my phone and getting all of my apps to work. The whole process took less than a hour and we were back on the road enjoying our new car!

This car purchasing process was truly pain-free. Started with a great conversation with Mr. Dondre Clarke over the phone, the young gentleman who assisted me throughout the whole process. His transparency regarding the car’s pertinent information and “numbers” made the whole process hassle and anxiety-free. Ms Sonia Suarez closed the deal. She was very pleasant and thoroughly explained all the required documents before I affixed my signature. I was offered “add-ons” which were presented with clear explanation. I felt no pressure in the finance office. I drove my new Lexus home to Queens, NY with an exuberant feeling. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
