Scheduled a test drive at Crest Auto Group in Kansas City and drove 90 miles to get there. Despite confirming the appointment in advance, I was told upon arrival that I couldn’t test drive the car unless I was already in negotiations to buy it. This policy was never mentioned beforehand. Extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. WORST DEALER EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very responsive and worked quickly to answer my questions. I bought the car, and received it in a few days. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described and in good condition.

I had a question about the cars color because two different colors were given in the description. The dealer answered promptly and even gave me a follow up response.

Great experience! Communication with dealer was great and consistent. Dealer provided me with instant responses to all my questions and requests. Dealer provided video instantly upon request. This was a great experience!

Pete was friendly and helpful and the car was clean and well-priced. Couple of things are not working and a second key wasn't available, but I can fix those. Overall, very happy with this experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Pete and have nothing but great things to say about him and the buying process at Crest Auto Group.  Pete is a true car enthusiast and has a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles he sells.  In addition to that, he's a stand-up guy who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience from start to finish.  We've purchased many vehicles in the past but even when the car was great, the purchase experience always felt longer and more monotonous than it needed to be.  That wasn't the case here and it was a truly enjoyable experience working with him.  Thanks again for all the help and great service Pete!

My wife owns a 2006 Audi Avant 6-speed manual that she loves. It had 200,000 miles and was beginning to need a lot more work. I started searching for a similar car with less miles. Found a 2008 Audi S-Line Avant with "only" 100,000 at Crest Auto for a fair price. Negotiated a little, flew from NY to Kansas (they met me at the airport), car was great, process smooth, and they even followed up sending me a small missing part they promised me and the second key. It all went smoothly and was a pleasure. Drive home was good, my son has the 2006 and my wife has a newer version of a car she loves...

My previous review was done before contacting the dealer and for that, I was wrong in making a negative review. I have contacted Cars.com HR to have it removed. I absolutely love the car I bought from them and yes it came with problems but now she has a clean bill of health and warranty. I would/will do business with them again. Thanks Pete, sorry for not contacting you to help fix the problem.

Stopped responding to emails and had to wait over 15 minutes past the time I said i was coming to look at the car. After waiting I said call me when it's ready and no one has reached back out.

I just picked up a Corvette Z06 from Pete. By far the best buying experience ever. Pete made sure i was fully satisfied before buying the vehicle. He did amazing work getting me financed with super low rates. Pete is extremely knowledgeable in all these special high end vehicles. I definitely will be buying from him again in the future.
