On Saturday March 22nd 2014 I called Alan from US 30 Auto in regards to a 2001 Mustang GT Convertible stock # us0918. The car was entirely miss represented. He states the car was a one owner car and after traveling 4 hours one way I get there the CARFAX states that it has had two owners. He also said the car had gone threw an inspection and was in great condition running wise and looks. I get there and there were scratches on every bumper, damage to the tail light and front bumper, rust bubbling under the paint on the passenger side front fender. He said the top was in mint condition, I got there and it was far from. I understand it is a 13 year old car and take if for a test drive. Find out the radio doesn't work, when parked the steering wheel barely moves left or right(rack and pinion). I press the clutch down and there is hardly any clutch left. Also when pressing in the clutch it hisses indicating that the throw out bearing is out. I get it out on the street in front of the dealership where the speed is 35 and the car is vibrating a bit. I take down the the next stop light where the speed is 45 mph. Get it going 45 and the car is shaking, steering wheel shaking etc. It has new tires so that can't be it unless it needs an alignment, my mechanic said it was could be tie rods, strut etc. All of this was not mentioned to me as I had just talked to Alan right before leaving for my 8 hour journey. He didn't even come out with me to look at the car or answer any questions. He didn't apologize for his errors in trying to sell me a car that needs a ton of work. When I brought these issues to his attention he said that the clutch was fine, I asked him to get in it with me than get in another mustang that he had on the lot that was a manual and I could show him the difference. He said the 2001 Black Mustang Cobra on his lot needed the clutch adjusted so we couldn't do that. So, he has a lot FULL of cars with a ton of issues that need addressed. I wouldn't buy anything from him ever. If he is willing to post cars for sale that are not ready to be sold you should stay away. I cannot believe knowing that I would have to drive the 2001 Mustang GT Convertible Mineral Gray 61,000k stock #us0918, 4 hours home in the condition it was in. This is why used car sales men have a bad rep. Never do business with these jokers. So, I went home empty handed, lost $40 in gas and almost 9 hours of my live and that Alan couldn't even say sorry.

Don't waste your time with these guys
We went over to this dealership to check out a GMC diesel truck. Before making the trip over, I was told the truck was flawless and in great condition, and had never been tuned. After looking the truck over meticulously, we found that it was very sub par to flawless. I understand that a 6 year old truck will have it's scratches and marks, but a front bumper that wasn't even mounted goes beyond normal wear and tear. The truck also had the owners manual to an edge evolution tuner in the glove box. I thought it was never tuned? The biggest issue was the odometer. The main odometer should just under 145,000 miles, trip B however was 157,xxx miles. Don't waste your time with a dealer who is very unfriendly.
