Watch out for their $1700 “theft patrol“ add on that they

Watch out for their $1700 “theft patrol“ add on that they never mention and try to slip in before paying, and then refuse to take off. The “finance” man went over all of the other cost breakdowns and pretended like I was just not going to see an extra $1700 added to the bill and then when I asked him about it, he said what do you think that we are nonprofit? I never requested this add-on. I never even spoke to them about theft concerns, and the way they never even transparently communicate that this is a mandatory aspect of all of their sales is a horrible business, practice and reflective of how the upper management treats their customers and lower level employees. These are the same type of tactics that the LA car guy likes to use and they sold me a lemon Prius that was a nightmare, and this experience is equivalent. Luckily, I learned from the last fraud and didn’t give this fraud any money

Where do I start.

Where do I start. Was looking at a specific car online, spoke on phone with sales guy and he sent video and pics. said no issues with car. So I scheduled to fly in to see car from Norther CA. When I arrived and looked at car at 1st it looked good, but when we went to test drive it it had a check engine light on. I said no way wont deal with that. they tried talking me into it and I could use the extended Warranty I was planning on buying. SO I then looked at my 2nd choice in cars. Much better, more money but nice, drove great no issues. They claim they do a multi point check before all cars are sold. HAHA what a joke. it was cold and raining when I drove it and all seemed fine. but on my way home 450 miles away I noticed the AC didnt work. Called them and they said sorry sold as is and to use my warranty. Complete xx. in the last month I have spent 750 dollars on AC work to just find out the AC Evap Core is leaking under the dash. New estimate is over 5K. They will do nothing to stand behind the GARBAGE they sell. They also add a GPS Tracker device on all their cars that they say can NOT be removed. that cost me 2K that i didn't want. In my opinion that is a complete SCAM and should be investigated. You can't force people to buy aftermarket equipment, but they did. If I was local, I would have walked out. Do yourself a favor and move on this place is crooked as they come. Great experience!

Great experience! Worth the money. Mario was great! He walked me through the process, was very good about communicating where we stood in the process and what was happening, and got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He even had the car delivered right to my door. I can't recommend him enough.

After 2 weeks over the phone, several times a day, we

After 2 weeks over the phone, several times a day, we drove All the way out there and salesman says the car wasn't there and tried to sell me another car. Wow! What a farce! Not only were my children offended but it was so unprofessional and misleading! To add to insult, they're still advertising the car! Wish I could sue them for false advertisement and wasting my time....

The vehicle I drove was adequate, and the salesman was

The vehicle I drove was adequate, and the salesman was fine but the finance manager was fair. I didn’t appreciate the overpriced dealer add ons that were not a plus for me.

I purchased my 2024 Lexus ES350 from here and was thoroughly happy with the process. Yes it was a little more pricey than other dealers, but the service I received was worth paying for. Dealt with Jairo and Jordan, who were both very professional, straight to the point and honest. Highly recommended!
