CAR LUX Hours
Car Lux is different than other dealerships. We believe the car buying experience should be a positive and easy one. So come down and see what kind of service we provide our customers.
Established in 2004, we always loved cars. As kids we always were around cars and learned a lot about them. We knew our futures were always going to be in the car business. Either fixing, selling, or my personal favorite, racing them on the track. But since we love our family, but still love our cars, we decided to just sell them.
"It is our mission to provide our customers with superior service."

Pura gente prepotente en especial el manager de verdad muy mala experiencia no se lo recomiendo este dealer a nadie Después de ahí fiumos a CarMax q diferencia... de personas verdaderos vendedores
We made an agreement, in writing, about a price for a car; and I agreed to purchase the car for the agreed price. That was 8 days ago - I have not heard... a single thing back from the dealer, no text, no call, no email. Either the dealer sold the car to someone else (unlikely, because it is still listed for sale on many websites), or they 'changed their mind' over our written agreement. Regardless of the reason, basic human decency involves telling the person 'I will no longer sell the car to you at the price we agreed upon' to at minimum, close the agreement.
Buying a car long distance without being able to physically see it or drive it is a risky venture. But my experience with Car Lux was completely positive.... First of all, they had a car that I really wanted and the price was fair. I was sent a very detailed account of the car's condition as well as accompanying photos. In addition, I was allowed to have the car checked out by a third party garage. The car arrived with no surprises and exactly as represented. I dealt with Hadi who was great (and even occasionally fun) to work with. I would certainly recommend them based on my experience.
thanks for the feedback. we are glad that you had a great experience at Car Lux.
Car broke just down the road after purchasing. Won’t respond to my calls or text. Bought a 2011 bmw 335is. Do not buy from them, had to bring it to Bmw... for 1k$ in repairs. Not happy.
I checked out the Ford F-250 truck and there’s was a lot wrong with it mechanically. I ask them to fix it before I purchased and they ignored my request... because I assume they will find a sucker to buy it without hassling them. I talked to the sales representative at first but he kept on stating he needs to talk to his manager, which is the owner’s brother. He didn’t want to even deal with my request and ignored my calls. Horrible customer service and even if there’s another truck that showed up that’s cheaper than the rest, I’d rather pay more than buy a LEMON at Car Lux.
Went to see this 2012 S550 Black Mercedes on the lot and it was completely dead right from the start. Didn't even start up. so the "sales guys"decided... to jump start it, bad idea. should of walked away from the get go, the lights were defected, the tires were worn, missing a floor mat and the sunroof had electrical issues. The salesman alberto said the car was sitting for 2weeks without starting. So go figure. In a nut shell...it was just a nightmare, i drove here for an 1 1/2 and the car wasn't even repaired or ready for me to buy or pick up the next day. Im so glad i didn't purchase this junk. Buyer beware, watch out for these guys. Car-Lux Sucks!!!..Literally. Stay away from this car dealership.
Peter made me feel so comfortable about buying a car they were so kind you gotta go check them out nothing negative at all I highly recommend them
I’ve been searching for a pre own Genesis and car lux makes it easy for me to follow their inventory. They maintain contact and work toward my goal. Go... car lux.

I never thought I would ever leave a car dealership feeling so insulted and belittled. I’ve been looking to purchase a new minivan for my family for... a while now. I found Car Lux online and it had positive reviews, so I went onto their website. The site advertises that you can go in and make them your best offer, which to any regular person would insinuate that negotiations are allowed. Not to mention that this is a car dealership, offers and negotiations are pretty standard. My husband and I showed up and were met by Mario, an incredibly helpful and friendly salesman. We were interested in the 2012 Toyota Sienna LE 8-passenger which online has a price of $12,479. We tested the van out and were happy with the product. We then let Mario know that we would like to make an offer for $12,00. He said he would have to speak to the owner which is when everything went downhill. The owner, who didn’t even introduce himself so I don’t know his name, came to meet us and the first thing he said to us was “where do you live? So I can figure out the final price” My husband and I uncomfortably told him we were from Los Angeles and asked him what the lowest price he could offer us. It was then that he scoffed and said it was non-negotiable even though the website said otherwise. I then let him know that we had the intention to pay for the van in cash to which he once again scoffed and smugly said something along the lines of “today is the 23rd of the month and we’ve already sold 110 cars so take it or leave it. We don’t care about the cash, we lose money when people pay cash. I make more financing anyways”. His response made it clear that he did not care for our money nor our business. Moreover, he made it seem like we were wasting his time. At this point not only had he insulted our money, but he was also incredibly condescending and made it seem like we were idiots for even trying to negotiate a deal. My husband and I left right after that, quite shocked that an owner could speak like that to anyone. That wasn’t even the end of it. Less than an hour later I received a message from him. I had been in contact with Car Lux since the night before. The message said ‘Hey, I saw you were interested in the van. Reach out so I can help you with anything.’ Unbeknownst to him, I was the same person that had just gone in. I let him know that I had just been there earlier and he had told me my money was no good. He then replied saying that he was ‘sorry but our prices are firm’. I then sent him a screenshot of where their site says MAKE AN OFFER. He never replied
