I came to deluxe auto sales looking to get into my dream car for my budget, and Oscar monterroso made that happen. Oscar was professional, he taught me everything I needed to know about the car as if it was his own! He was also super friendly as well as all the other deluxe employees. I will never forget my experience at deluxe, they are top of the line with professional and friendly salesman. If you want your dream car ask for Oscar he will make it happen!

Oscar was excellent from start to finish. I was having trouble getting approved from a couple other dealers, but Oscar and his finance team got me pre-approved almost instantly, and I was able to pick up my car the next morning. Deluxe has a beautiful showroom with a much of high-end cars all in excellent condition, I would definitely recommend buying your car here! EDIT to initial review one month later: after being thrilled with Deluxe Auto Sales at the time of purchase, a month later I have to say I’m pretty unhappy with a couple things. For starters, I needed to do an oil change last week (just 3 weeks after purchasing the car). This really should not be the case as a good synthetic oil should last 10k+ miles, and I needed to do a full change after only 1500 miles. Secondly, my tire pressure monitor came on last night and I noticed the left front tire developed a bubble, and it appears the tire will have to be replaced. I didn’t hit a pothole or anything and as far as I know the tires were supposed to have recently been replaced. I was assured that any issues within the first 30 days of purchase would be covered, and now I’m about to be $450 into this car in the first month for issues that were out of my control. Read those warranties carefully people, even if your salesperson assures you they’ll take care of it. Apparently a tire/wheel protection warranty was supposed to be offered to me by the finance department, but that didn’t happen either 🤷🏼‍♂️.
