I had a very good experience at the Deluxe Auto dealership. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. My salesperson Rafael, was extremely helpful and very friendly. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable of the Porshe Cayenne GTS I purchased. I would definetly suggest to others that this is a good place to buy a car. They have good competitive pricing and overal make it a very good experience.

Rafael was super helpful and welcoming, this is literally the first car buying experience that I didn't feel like I was being pushed around and screwed. Thank you so much for that! They will go above and beyond to help get you what you need. My wife wasn't able to come to the dealer but Rafael was able to Travel to her to get documents signed, it wasn't a problem. We couldn't be any happier with our new car and highly recommend them and we will be back again! Thanks again Rafael!!!

Service is good I am a returning costumer 2nd car I brought here only thing missing I think there should be some type discount for returning customers overall good experience

I over-nighted signed sale paperwork immediately upon receiving them. Deluxe Auto received my signed sale forms on Friday. Rafael ensured me over the phone that I wasn't in danger of losing the vehicle. My banker called Rafael Monday morning to confirm the check instructions and he told my banker they proceeded to sell the vehicle to another individual that morning (after receiving my signed sales paperwork). In my view, this is VERY poor business tactics. I could have wired them the funds on Friday if I knew this was going to be an issue. I believe this was more of a doing by the dealership than Rafael.

I must say that I usually do not like the car buying experience. Between the constant pressure, drab environment, and the less than friendly staff, it's something I try to avoid at all cost. This was a different experience. Manny was friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was warm, inviting, and the vehicle was as advertised. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Hai had no intentions of buying a car but I went in sat with my man Rafael and it was such a pleasure working with him. He answered any questions I had and everything. He even came with me to visit some family members with my new m5!!! Very happy with my experience!

By Far one of my most favorable sales experiences I've ever had, Adelson was very professional and attentive to our needs. Very helpful when deciding which vehicle was best for what we wanted and worked adimently in getting the deal the I was happy with.
