Good experience

Dealership was clean, friendly and helped me out a lot. They were quick to show me vehicles in more my price range than what I had originally wanted to get which is something you don't normally get from a dealership that is just wanting to sell you their product. They were genuinely supportive of my financial and car needs.

A great experience

Sandy was very patient in answering all of our questions and we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car and helped us make an informed decision that we are very comfortable with. He helped us get a very good deal.

got a oil change at a great price.

The oil change was done quickly. My wait was just over 30 minutes. stayed in the waiting room and had a coffee, read a magazine and it was done. time flew by

Amazingly transparent, fair and polite

I searched for a Honda Insight got a long time and unfortunately live in a state where the dealers have a silent pact to rip every user car customer off. I traveled over 250 miles to do business with Hyundai of Newport after the superlative and amazingly courteous communication I had with their internet manager. They were honest, up front, and honored every promise they made over email, unlike other dealers. I was treated with not only respect, but genuine compassion and understanding as I traded my sports car for the hybrid that would better serve my family. These are good people making good deals for good people. Hyundai of Newport comes at my highest recommendation and I would not hesitate to make the drive again to give them my business. Thank you so much for your honesty and candor. You are a diamond in the rough of car dealerships.

They were very friendly. My sister has a Hyundai from this dealership and that is why I went there. David was knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman in charge of their web site helped me until David was available. He took me for the test drive and was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

my first hyundai

i have bought chevy's all my life. i needed something that was more affordable to keep, retiring in 5 years. so far my experience here at hyundai of newport was above what i expected. My car runs great and i am very happy. My payment was less then i expected and my salesperson was very helpful and went over everything with me before i left with my car. Thank you again. Great service

No matter what you come to This dealership for...buying, leasing, service or in my case buying my leased vehicle the service is top notch. They are efficient and fair priced in their service department and treat you well in the sales end as in my case with Sandy.
