Very poor customer service experience this morning from both service advisors. Management needs to address how to approach and speak to customers. Body language and facial expressions are also important communication avenues. I had an appointment but felt I was causing them an imposition by showing up.

I was shopping for a new vehicle and the salesperson appeared very anxious. The overall experience was disappointing. I emailed my complaint to the general manager but received no feedback. They don’t appear to care about their potential buyers.

The waiting area was Comfortable with plenty of free refreshments. Need to have Fruits available or other free foods to snack. Also There was not enough outlets for charging items.
I needed a lug replacement and it was done without hesitation. I was also kept imformed of the progess with my car.
I was able to get a car in my price range. It was a smooth process. Very clean facility and great atmosphere.
