This is my go-to dealership as I live in the area. Overall experience is very pleasant; courteous folks. Jeff Romano is our service advisor, he's very helpful and his communications are on point. This is my 2nd time at the dealership, had positive experience each time, thanks to Jeff! He's very knowledgeable. The only recommendation I have is for the owner actually! He could review their current loaner system. It was a hassle to arrive 7am in the morning to make sure I get a loaner. Making appointments is useless really. If you're not through the door at 7am, they cannot guarantee a loaner. Had to reschedule for this reason. Either secure more loaners; clearly the current supply does not meet the demand, or find a reliable system that works with the appointments. I will continue to use their services and I can recommend them.
