Worst experience for me personally. Purchased a car that stayed at the dealership until it was closer to my daughters birthday. During that time I was harassed online by the finance director over an issue that never should have been made public. I brought it to the attention of the general manager, Vice President of Sales Operations and the owner and was told each time they would not deal with a personal issue. Every contact I had with them I made it clear that I was coming to them as a customer and my personal life never should have been made public by their finance director. I felt like it was turned into being my fault and as if my concerns were not heard. The only thing I was told was that the finance director would not post anything more about me. I also provided them a list of the names she called me within a 20 day period and I was again dismissed. I have over 300 pages of documentation showing what she did then I was told by the VP of Sales Operations that what she did was basically ok as long as it didn’t interfere with her job. I’ve never met the finance director and my only interaction with her was a customer. I was then told my only interaction I could have with anyone from the dealership had to be related to the vehicle that I purchased and paid for in full. The VP of Sales Operations also explained to me the principles in which they follow. Something along the lines of being honest, nice and doing what’s right. Each principle was not followed in this situation. When I reached out to the GM and VP through email asking questions, I did not get a response on one question and had to resend an email asking a simple question again just for a response. There was an issue with the car we purchased and they did work to get us a new one. That’s the only positive thing I can say about this experience. Unprofessional staff, customer concerns dismissed, and an experience I would not wish anyone to have to go through.

Excellent experience.
Knowledgeable personnel. Friendly customer service is obviously very important to this dealership. Low pressure and very accommodating sales experience. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted and equipped as wanted. I believe the price was fair for both sides. I returned because of my previously good experience with Steve Beeman.

Good Experience
We purchased a new Dodge pickup from this dealership recently. When we returned for our first checkup the service department they found a leak that we were not aware of and promptly ordered the parts to fix it. They put us in a good loaner car so we were not out any time or inconvenience. Very efficient and great service..
