MemberCar big on customer service and appreciation

I recently purchased a vehicle from MemberCar and my experience was very positive. From the day we met, Sheridan was prompt in following up on messages and willing to work with me to get me into the car I wanted. In fact, the entire team are customer oriented and personable. MemberCar is a small dealership, but they are big on customer service and appreciation.

I'm glad your working on it but you just responded 3 months later and I missed out on buying the Lincoln Town Car due to this issue.

Anthony is a great representative at Member Car! .

My husband found me a new vehicle at Member Car. We drove 3 hours to look at it and drive it. It was perfect! Anthony made the purchase so easy. I left with a new vehicle at a phenomenal price and so happy I listened to my husband this time. We will contact them again for a vehicle for our son!

The team was willing to work with me as an out-of-state buyer by sending additional photos and videos and answering many questions before I traveled to the dealership. There was no pressure, and we completed the deal with no fuss.
