Danis Auto on Harbison

I went to Dani's Auto with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle. I allowed them to run my credit for a vehicle I had no choice to purchase because of my credit. I test drove the vehicle and I liked it and was willing to purchase it. So I left that day believing they would help me with the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I went home dialing many insurance companies to get the best deal on car insurance. So i finally found a rate that was reasonable. So I contacted Omar my sales rep to advise him of the good news. So i told him I would be able to purchase the insurance next week because I could not neglect my current bills. Omar stated we can hold the car if you put down $50-$100 dollars and it was refundable. I told Omar i have my bills right now and i would be able to purchase the vehicle next week. I called Omar today only to find out they sold the car yesterday. I was very disappointed because I felt like they were not patient and understanding of my situation. The bad part about this situation is they ran my credit which now lowered my credit score. So now I'm not sure if I would be able to get a vehicle. The moral of the story is when companies feel like they don't need you God has a way to always show them they need you. Pride goes before destruction. I'm still believing that God will bless me with a car.

This is my first review of anything. I would like to start by saying that I was very satisfied with the great service and attention I receive at Dani's. From the minute I walked in the door I was welcome in with open arms and was helped rite away. The staff was Amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and wants. I ended up buying my car and leaving with it Plates and all on the same day. Once again Thank you to Dani's Auto Sales and their Staff you guys are all Amazing.

Communication and customer service is key when running a business. Dani's is very personable and treats their customers like they deserve to be treated and tailors to their customers concerns and needs. Very happy with their customer service. Financed a very clean 3 year old car that looked like it was made last week.

Came with my best friend and her fiance to purchase a vehicle on a Sunday. We worked with Rubin and Chris who were wonderful! Ruben was really knowledgeable and was not very pushy, which we greatly appreciated! Chris works wonders on the financing and is just a pleasure to work with. The experience was very smooth and efficient. We were in and out in around 2 hours! Left getting a great deal on a great car with a great warranty.

They gave me a car with no credit. I highly recommend them to everyone. It took only a few hours and the service was great.

I just recently purchased a Honda Civic 2010 Coupe from this dealer and I have to say the sales people were very pleasant to do business with. Angel was very helpful and didn't put pressure on me to jump into buying a vehicle. She was also very funny and pleasant as well. Chris was very helpful as well and knowledgeable. The front desk lady, Marley was so sweet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, who is looking to purchase their first car.

We ended up getting the car the very same day, not only because it was a good deal, but because of the professionalism and the level comfort that we felt.
