Beware. Do your research
I had recently brought a car. My interest rate is very high. I don’t plan to keep the car after 2 years. Before coming to this dealership do your research. I kind of regret buying a car from them. The sales rep wasn’t the issue. The manager of this place is the problem

Paperwork Screw Up
purchased a truck from the Danis owned online dealership, Get-A-Car. The sales portion of the experience was great. BUT....................... this is where it ended. Six months later the registration and title are not in my possession. So many phone calls and texts have been made on my end only to be told that I have to deal with the customer representative. He has tried to help but getting no where. I went to PennDot and found the paperwork from Get-A-Car was incorrectly submitted 2 times. While the sale was a pleasant experience, this debacle over paperwork is proving to be a nightmare.

Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I tried to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

We have a feature on our vehicle page that hotspots minor imperfections. We also provide 25-30 pictures which include interior (which are typically pictured in slots 12-15). We did issue the refund on 9/1 so please expect that back in 3-5 business days from that issuance date. Have not sent my plates yet. Dealer on vacation. Answering service takes messages and no call backs ever. Disaster. Would never recommend. Absolute unreliable service!

Excellent Customer Service
I had Terri Garcia as my customer service advisor and she was amazing. Even when I was unavailable to talk on the phone she would keep me updated through text or email. Even the delivery driver Jake and Rob in the service department were amazing. There was a small mishap of a chip in the windshield that happened during the delivery before I even finished the walk around they were already scheduling an appointment to repair the chip. Everything went very smoothly and the car turned out amazing.
