Needed to wait 14 weeks for a head gasket to be replaced.

Needed to wait 14 weeks for a head gasket to be replaced. Very strange. Zero communication. I would call, and the service rep would state that he was just going call me. What a coincidence!

Poor customer service and wasn't acknowledged until 10

Poor customer service and wasn't acknowledged until 10 to 15 mins if walking into service Dept.. I also waited 4 hours at this lot for service of my vehicle and I definitely wasn't satisfied at all

The advisor was very friendly, I liked him personally,

The advisor was very friendly, I liked him personally, but he was unable to effectively resolve the problem with my car. Also, he did not call me with updates. Only when I called myself did I get feedback. He explained that they were overwhelmed with work. I am taking my car to another dealer. Hopefully they will have enough staff to help me.

Nice gentleman helped me.

Nice gentleman helped me. But no call about my car being ready and it took all day for not an extensive service. Going to jiffy lube next time
