Needed to wait 14 weeks for a head gasket to be replaced.
Needed to wait 14 weeks for a head gasket to be replaced. Very strange. Zero communication. I would call, and the service rep would state that he was just going call me. What a coincidence!

Poor customer service and wasn't acknowledged until 10 to 15 mins if walking into service Dept.. I also waited 4 hours at this lot for service of my vehicle and I definitely wasn't satisfied at all

The advisor was very friendly, I liked him personally, but he was unable to effectively resolve the problem with my car. Also, he did not call me with updates. Only when I called myself did I get feedback. He explained that they were overwhelmed with work. I am taking my car to another dealer. Hopefully they will have enough staff to help me.
