Can't get simple answers
At least they responded to my inquiry... but won't answer any of my questions, won't even tell me if the vehicle is still on the lot. All I get in reply is a phone number and to call them.

Joke of a dealership
I’ve never written anyone a negative review, but the day has come I feel I have to warn others in hopes they don’t experience what has happened to us. We bought a used jeep for a bit over 10k and worked with Bill. We then brought it to a jeep dealership and had an inspection done with the plan to get new tires, which we knew were needed. The dealership quoted 9k worth of issues, not counting the tires. We then brought it to a family owned mechanic to make sure we weren’t getting taken advantage of and was quoted 9,500 worth of damage. Both said we were lucky the engine didn’t over heat and leave us stranded somewhere. They were appalled we had just bought this vehicle with bo mention of any issues or concerns. They said there was clearly a lot of issues with it and a dealership would have/should have know this if they bothered to look. I don’t know how this company can sleep at night knowing they are taking advantage of people and selling unsafe vehicles. We called to discuss this and was immediately met with defensiveness and a serious attitude. We were told “you bought a used car, what did you expect?” There was so much damage, the car was in the shop 2 weeks, leaving us with 1 car. Our 10k car turned into a 20k car and we didn’t even get the needed tires yet due to all these unexpected costs that every quote said needed immediate resolution for safety issues. This has truly been the worst experience.
Joke of a dealership

title issues
Sold me a truck that they didn't have a title to so they couldn't add title transfer fees to my bank loan. Said they don't do that. My bank said if they would of sent the title transfer fees over to them they would of gladly covered the charge. Bickmore is a joke. Make sure you ask if they have the title in hand. Also ask for title transfer to another state up front an ask them if they include that before you buy. Truck I got while test driving. The truck pulled to the right allot. No big deal. It's a 2002. Mirror blinker driver side didn't work. Asked Kent to to look into that aleast so I could replace or they could. Didn't do that either. Old owner or someone either cut a wire or it broke. I traced it down took 5minutes. Spliced it back to mirror an bam it worked.

Used Honda CRV, manual transmission, AWD
My first attempt was by email. No response was received within 24 hours. I checked the website, and it was still listed as available. I made a phone call, and it went to voicemail. No response was received within 24 hours. I checked the website again, and the car was STILL listed as available. Since Bickmore has 2 lots, and 2 phone numbers, I called the 2nd location. This time, a salesman answered the phone. I was told the specific stock number I was calling about had been sold. The salesman never asked what I wanted, or offered anything else that might be close to what I wanted. Also, later that day, I did receive a return call back, telling me the car was sold. Not sure if that was from the email, or the voice mail. I think this dealership's lack of a timely response, and failure to inquire what might work for me, is well below almost anyone's expectations.

Don’t do it!
My daughter got a vehicle from this place 2 weeks ago and it left my pregnant daughter and I stranded in the turning lane at the corner of Johnson Creek and 82nd Ave. in rush hour traffic! This was after an issue with a key fob she had to take to an automotive repair shop herself to get fixed.

Started out questionable, but finished great
I have waited to write this review, based on my overall experience. I bought a 2012 Ford Truck on November 18. Due to my inexperience driving during rush hour traffic and the fact that I had 2 vehicles to trade in, my salesman volunteered to drive from Gresham to Camas to pick up the second vehicle. I got up the next morning to go fill up the tank with gas when I noticed the tachometer on 4000 when the engine was off. I used my knuckle to tap on the plastic shield and it fell off. After I filled the tank with gas, the Check Engine Light came on during my 10 minute drive home. I called Bickmore and was able to talk with Brian DeBast. He asked me to bring the truck back to Gresham (a 60 mile round trip) to be looked at. I was told the check engine light issue was normal. Brian and his staff cleared the Check Engine Light and I was on my way. A week later I was driving and the Check Engine Light came on again. I called Brian again and he had me come back to Gresham to look at the problem. They installed a vent value and purge value and did a smoke test. They repaired the instrument panel problem with the RPM needle at no cost to me. Even though I have only driven the truck about 500 miles since I purchased it, I am happy to say my overall experience has been very acceptable. Based on their willingness and input from Brian DeBast, I would recommend Bickmore to my friends and family.

Confused
Told them when I called in about a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Which is different then a chapter 7. Told them it was only a few months old. So I looked at the car mets all the requirements of the trustees. They didn't even let me test drive it. So they called and said no. I told them I could get a cosigner. Was told the cosigner needed to be in bankruptcy. Odd. Finally get letter. Telling me about the bankruptcy. That they didn't pull credit score. Yet they did as it shows on my credit report. They said to many late payment. Which happens when the trustees take over. Everyone gets a little of what is owed. Up to the time of the bankruptcy ALL and monthly amount was paid on time. However, that doesn't count. Remember, this is what happened to me. Everyone has a different story to tell. Its just the little things that bother me.

Good experience!
Very clean showroom area with coffee and snacks, my kids were watching cartoons and having a snack and juice while I was buying my car. The manager even gave my son a hot wheels car. Thanks Bickmore for a pleasant experience!
