This place is a scam.
This place is a scam... I called in about a 2021 F-150 the guy got upset with me and called me goofy because I would not forward over information when I Live 5 hours away. They are based out of New Jersey stay away from this dealership they are a scam

Buyer beware: DO YOUR HOMEWORK called about an Escalade
Buyer beware: DO YOUR HOMEWORK called about an Escalade they had for sale, the rep said she would “white glove it” for me. She called me back, said it was excellent, she confirmed the price and the mileage. Spoke to her the next day, asked for video, never sent it. Sent pictures instead. Today we Drove over 3 hours to get there to look at the Escalade, it was buried in their pile of cars, rep really didn’t want to take it out. (BTW they knew that we were on our way, we made an appointment). Finally the truck is pulled out so that we can inspect it and The truck was VERY dirty, had a lot of cosmetic damage, to the point where the truck looked like it had been abused. Peeling leather, burn holes in the headliner, it stunk, huge stains on the carpet. It was gross. We drive it. Fine. Go in to get the out the door price. —- They raised the price of the truck by $2,000 from the day before. Then added a $3995 reconditioning fee, $559 electronic filing fee, $979 pre delivery inspection fee, $995 destination fee, $960 processing fee. I questioned every fee because they need to provide an itemized list of what those fees include. They wouldn’t. We did NOT run credit. I had no trade, and no money down. These are the raw numbers for our deal. The price we were told was $23761. They upped the price to $25791 and Our out the door cost was $35680!!! Unbelievable! Run from this place. These fees are nothing but profit for this dealership, they are excessive and unnecessary, they are double dipping and making it look like they can’t do anything about it. It’s a scam. No one should be treated this way. They are taking advantage of hard working people and They need to be stopped. We gladly walked out. I would never buy a car from them. Ever. They need to be shut down. Buyer beware. Stay away from this place.

Bait and switch.
Bait and switch. They made me drive there after confirming the car was on the lot, when I got there they went ask me a ton of questions before showing the car, when I provided what they asked, other guy came in to say they did not have the car, then they tried to talk me into buying another car.

Not to be trusted
Excuse me customers. A few weeks ago I wrote an outstanding review towards this company based on the sales rep that I was dealing with My views has changed based on the sharks that controls the daily operation from their financial development and their bankers. Do not trust them. They are all sharks I will not recommend anyone with food since to shop here!

Avoid at all costs.
Don’t waste your time. I’ve gone there twice in the past couple of years. The price they advertise is AFTER your down payment of $5,000. Obviously I didn’t buy a car there. They prey on desperate and uninformed people that don’t understand financing. I hate that they keep popping up in my searches. I wish there was a way I could block them from my results.

Advertised cars are not available they tried to sell wtv they want u to buy -dealer fees are not a fixed amount as they should be able to say how much their dealer fees are Instead they said I wouldn’t know until they run my credit because it depends on the financing Nothing advertised is available again beware
