If you are looking to waste your time Gulf Coast Ford is the place to do that. From oil changes that take 3 times as long as the their Toyota service center where they only want to sell you extras like air filters and windshield wipers. Only to find out they don't actually look at the important parts of your vehicle, like your tires. Then to trying to scheduling service only to find out that once they have your vehicle it is days before they look at it. Then it is on the customer to call and get updates, since the service techs don't and can't return phone calls. Also, don't waste your time trying to email the service manager or even customer service, because those emails are not acknowledge or responded to either.

Stan is the best salesmen I've ever worked with, his manager Alex is extremely friendly and patient, really appreciate his love of cars and GT-R which he started for me, it was incredible! I also appreciate the patience and efficient finance manager Lou. He didn't try to hard-sell the warranties but instead explained them well and didn't get upset when I declined them like some finance managers at other dealerships do. My wife and I had an amazing experience at Gulf Coast Toyota. Their entire team is very professional, practical, and no non-sense. We researched and found the exact Highlander we wanted, with just the right features, trim level, color, and interior, without any needless extras we didn't want. James Pipkin and Mike Mylius connected us with Alex Martinez and Anthony Rivera to work out the details and test the vehicle. Processing paperwork has never been easier, Nicholas Bartimmo had the latest electronic document signing tabletop technology to make it quick and painless. While we waited for the car to be washed and filled up (yes they give you a full tank of gas), we had a bite to eat at the The Grill - their on-site restaurant - and probably their best resource, as nobody wants to get hangry while buying a vehicle :) Everyone we met was kind, polite, and sincere. We were fortunate our online search for the exact vehicle we wanted led us to Gulf Coast Toyota. I will definitely check with this team first when it is time for our next vehicle trade.
