I was blocked for reporting their horrible service department Manager and the gm failure to follow up and resolve the issues... please go to Google maps and give gulf coast ford a simple 1 star review. Currently have my recently purchased 2019 Ford F250 with only 26,000 miles in for warranty work at gulf coast ford angelton. I was assigned service writer Matt Dobek, I brought truck in for ssues such as u was getting a death wobble shakes at 65mph and vehicle pulled hard to right after 2 alignments and new tires installed and balanced twice also... the seats were unraveling.also right mirror not moving, and the dashboard was buckling from heat in the right side, the window weather striping was lifting from no adhesive at base of Windshield. Vehicle was with techs for over 4 hours on first day. I was advised by my writer Matt that parts had to be ordered and it turned out both mirrors not only one was having issues and they both would be replaced, , Matt also advised that the front seats would be replaced per ford review and approval but not the rear seats. He quoted me an outrageous price to replace rear.. i inquired on windshield he advised me that they never got got to look at it but would on return for part installs., Matt advised parts would take 24 to 48 hours to get in from warehouse. I Followed up 2 days later via phone advised by a different writer since Matt was off that parts are well back ordered and taking weeks to get from Ford. To my surprise Few hours later Matt called me and told me all parts came in and when can I drop truck off but that he didn't have any loaners... this presented an issue as I need a vehicle to move and i was then in plans for the following day to rent vehicle from enterprise. Following day I was enroute to drop off truck at gulf coast ford and Matt called me and advised he had a loaner that became avail. Great. My Truck was dropped off at gulf coast and I tas told it take few days to change out the parts. 4 days passed and I called to check on vehicle ststus and advised Nothing had been to the truck beside what was done on initial visit which was a recall steering dampner add on for the wobble and shakes and pulling to right hard.. which still lis not fixed properly... I was upset that 4 days had passed and nothing had been done... I was provided lame excuse about covid and short staff etc etc.... and how he has over 50 trucks in Service now.....the tech basically told me he would do his best to get it done prior to me leaving out of town as I advised him this was urgent. He then advised me that he would have at the least both mirror fixed by end of day Tuesday and that the seats if they could not be installed in time would have to be set up for return visit. I then advised writer Matt we needed to get it completed and to avoid another visit Ilabd I didn't mind being without truck for another day to get all issues resolved and warranty work complete. Matt agreed and was pushing techs to complete asap to my knowledge. I received a call from Matt letting me know mirrors would would done but the tech ordered the wrong seats and new order would have to be made. I was extremely upset how this error can happen if protocol was followed.. I requested a urgent phone back call from the service manager Brian and Matt advised he would call me by end of day to advise progress or completion. Of truck. I received a call from Brian the service manager for gulf coast Ford few hours later 545pm to be exact. First off what a rude piece of work. He started off very rude and wanting to know why I requested to speak to him... he then proceeded to tell me that his hired trained staff whom he overseas did not get his approvals to order any of the parts I was told was being replaced by ford and that was that... I tried to explain what I had been told and promised already but his service writer Matt and his team... he rudly shut me up and told me they would not be getting done. And that he knows for

Was very disappointed with after purchase service. I expected to get two key fobs with a purchase of a $30k F150 and got the run around from sales. I was told I had to buy the spare key fob myself for $167 and then have to pay $150 to get it programmed. I asked if Gulf coast ford would meet me half way by waiving the programming fee and got no help. I advise everyone that does business with Gulf Coast Ford to have everything put in writing before you drive off the lot. Fill out the "we owe you" form and make them do what they promise. That was my mistake.
No one beats a Gulf Coast Ford deal
From the moment I walked in, traded my vehicles and purchased 2 new vehicles I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Dealerships in Lake Jackson or surrounding areas can't compare to their trade-in values you will be offered, nor the customer service.

Horrible experience....got the run around for 4 days and STILL haven’t given me word if I was approved or not! Communication was the worst I have EVER experienced. Even called to talk to the sales manager twice and never received a call back...typical “car salesman” mentality. Especially going through the things we are today I expected much better service, unreal! I will never recommend Gulf Auto to anyone.
Thank you Ryan...we can assure you that Gulf Coast is anything but a typical car dealer. I believe my GM has reached out to you...we apologize that you have not got the answer as quickly as you (or we for that matter) would like and we will look into it immediately.
On the day of the purchase we enjoyed our experience. The staff was not pushy and was very helpful. It was a very hassle free process. After the purchase we were supposed to get an extra key but had to get that made so we were supposed to come back. The salesman that we worked with left the company (we didn’t know that) so we couldn’t a response email as to when to pickup the key. We got busy with life and just kept emailing and waiting. Finally after maybe 8+ weeks we finally contacted the manager as our one key got lost. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They actually paid for a locksmith to get our car running and gave us a 2nd key. This was above and beyond in my mind. This is the first place I will shop at next time I am looking for my next car.

Truck Hard to Start
The diagnostics were performed quickly with two new batteries being installed as a result. The truck starts quickly now and is running great.
