I called about a car I liked online, listed at Choice Automotive. Tam answered the phone. Though it could seem random, I am glad he was our salesperson. I was actually interested in two cars - one of them needed to brought over from their storage lot. I set the test drive time and brought my mom and husband along also - they both use walkers. Tam did not rush us through our explorations. He let us have some extra time looking over each car which was great since we moved along rather slowly but needed to know which vehicle could be a good fit for us. Two days later I asked Tam for an appointment to revisit one of the cars - and to have a mobile mechanic do a pre purchase inspection. Before I arrived, Tam got answers to questions that I had asked him. And while I looked more closely at the vehicle, Tam was gracious about helping me with several small details in the interior. The pre inspection report confirmed that my family had found a pretty good car. After coming to terms on the price, the sale closed relatively quickly. I came away happy with my purchase and the process. This is a tough, tight market for Buyers. Be prepared for that - do your research, go in understanding as much as you can about the vehicle and about your own parameters. I hope your experience will be as good as our’s. It helped me to find what I wanted at Choice Automotive. You could find your next car right there with Tam and the team.

I had Rooty for my sales, and he did an amazing job. i came looking for a certain car had my mind set with a set budget and they did not have the car i wanted there. Rooty went out of his way and helped me and instead of just leaving and being like sorry he recommended me another car that i ended up getting. Even though the car he showed me was out of my price range he worked with me and his team to bring the price to an agreement for both of us. Overall great experience and great staff highly recommend if you wanna get a car go to this dealership!
