Thank you for the great review! We're glad Ron made your experience at St. Charles Nissan a smooth and transparent one. We appreciate your recommendation!
I haven’t bought a new car in 30 years.
I haven’t bought a new car in 30 years. I’ve been buying used cars primarily to save some money and work within my budget. However, after recently retiring, I said I would treat myself and finally buy a new car. I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder from Saint Charles Nissan. I can’t say enough about the staff and how they treated me there. Greg Winters and Dave Low were excellent to work with. They were very patient, took lots of time to explain my options and then worked out a very amicable deal with us. We are thrilled with the car, enjoying it immensely. I highly recommend working with these guys ant Saint Charles Nissan. Thank you from some very happy customers.

I want to thank Cathy Sandbothe and the St.
I want to thank Cathy Sandbothe and the St. Charles Nissan team for our latest purchase. My wife and I had leased our third Rogue over the past few years in March 2022. We decided to purchase it a couple of weeks ago and Cathy made the change quick and easy! We have nothing but the highest regards for the St. Charles Nissan team! Thanks for all you do!

Poor Service Experience.
I have been their service customer since 2012 and was happy with them until my last two visits. Second to last visit in early 2019 was due to excessive noise coming from my 2010 Murano (they changed oil and rotate tires a month prior to this visit). The service advisor said the noise was due to two of the front passenger wheel lug nuts missing and they installed new ones to remedy the problem. The car was not serviced by any other service provider so I have to assume the person rotated the tires forgot to install the lug nuts or did not tighten them enough so they eventually fell off. The last visit on July 3rd is the reason for this review. My other Nissan, 2012 Z Roadster, started to make a helicopter like noise about two weeks before the service visit. Its convertible top had some wind noise and rattle issues as well as a loud pop noise while closing the top so I thought it would be a good time to have the dealer diagnose/fix all the issues. The car still has Nissan Gold Preferred extended warranty. Long story short, they claimed the helicopter like noise was due to a bent part under the car and everything else including the wind noise from the convertible top was either due to my bald tires or the old age of my car. Nothing was covered under warranty and they billed me about $300 in diagnostic fees. I am not going to bore you with the details of the whole visit, but I will focus on the helicopter like noise as it was the main reason I took the car there. On the way home, I noticed the noise was still there so their diagnosis/fix of the issue was not successful. As mentioned above, they claimed a bent part was causing the issue. That part got bent about two years ago and was making a metal to metal rattle noise that was fixed at this dealer at the time so it had nothing to do with the current noise. I discussed this along with other issues with Rhonda C. and Jeff M. and they could not care less about hearing my input. They both said that I agreed to the diagnostic fees and they could charge me more if they wanted to. Yes, I agreed to the diagnostic fees as long as diagnostic is done properly. In this case, they misdiagnosed the issue so I expected a refund. Jeff M. said refund is not an option as the technician claims when he adjusted the part, the noise was gone. The interesting thing is that Jeff M. goes with what the technician claims even though I repeatedly informed him that the noise is not gone. He could just ask me to bring the car in to figure out if the noise was still present or not. Instead, Jeff M. said if I purchase new tires and if the noise is still there after that, then they will re-check the noise for free. I said purchasing new tires should not be a requirement for re-check as the diagnosis did not point to bald tires for the source of the helicopter like noise just to bent part. Anyways, I will have to seek third party help to get a refund and find another Nissan dealer for my current and future service needs. Thanks for reading. In case the dealer responds to this review, everything I mentioned here is true and they can confirm with Al (bent part) and Rob (lug nuts) so please do not accuse me of being misleading or inaccurate.

Alper, Frankly, we are surprised and confused by your review. It is very untruthful and incorrect. As a dealership with 40 years in business, we always try to listen to our customers and go beyond the normal to satisfy them. Your first complaint (from your June service visit) on your 2010 Murano, was that you were missing two lug nuts after you were here in April. At that time, your tires status was yellow, and you were informed that you would soon need new tires. Is it possible that you went elsewhere to replace your tires, and that they could have missed replacing your lug nuts? Since we value you as a customer, we replaced them at no charge. I personally met with you on Wednesday to discuss the charges on your bill that day for your 2012 370Z. We diagnosed and repaired the cross member that was causing your ‘helicopter’ noise for only $73. There was also a noise that you described that did not happen when we road tested it initially. In our attempt to satisfy you that day, we pulled one of our Master technicians from another customer’s vehicle to drive with you to listen for that noise. Neither he nor you could hear it. He told you to please replace the tires as we had recommended since the cupping and wear of the tires on the 370Z were causing vibration and noise which could be masking this issue. You declined to do that service at our shop that day. Then, we used all available coupons, discounts, and rewards points and you left here paying $243, instead of the original $592. That is definitely trying to keep you happy. The service manager also told you that we would be happy to re-diagnose your noise issue at no charge once your tires are replaced. Have a nice day.
Rhonda, Please note that the original bill was never $592. That amount was merely an estimate for possible diagnostic fees to diagnose four different issues I was having with the car. You said you could not duplicate one of the issues so you did not charge for that as expected. You also made the claim that the popping noise while closing the convertible top was due to old age of my car and charged $73 for that prejudiced opinion rather than diagnosis. If you read online 370z forums, you will learn that even the 2019 models suffer from the same issue. In addition, you charged another $73 to top off the brake fluid. That charge would not be necessary if you actually did what you claim to do during multipoint inspections: check brake system and top off all fluids. My 370z was there in March 2019 and you supposedly performed multipoint inspection on my car. You are the one giving misleading and inaccurate information: you charged me $146 not $73 to misdiagnose the helicopter like noise. During the first test drive with the technician, I was sitting on the passenger seat and the tech was revving the engine and reaching upto 80mph so I was not able to hear the noise at the time. I only heard the wind noise from the windshield, but the technician could not hear it and said all he hear is tire noise. As I mentioned to you on the same day, July 3rd, that on my way home, I noticed the helicopter like noise when I was on the drivers seat. I immediately returned back to your dealership, and the nice cashier lady had the technician come over and have another test drive with me. During that test drive, I pointed the noise out to him and he claimed again that all he hears is tire noise. I then decided that I was not going to come to an agreement with the tech so I dropped him back to the dealer. My plan was to come to your dealership on another day to speak with the service manager and possibly work with another technician with more open mind. Service manager decided to rely on the tech and did not want to hear my input and refused to give me a refund for the unjustified charge. Please stop pretending like you lowered my bill. You billed me about $300 that is too high for the service received. I used a service coupon that I received online and one to one program rewards to lower the bill to $245. You have not personally provided me with any discounts. In regards to missing lug nuts on my Murano, I have not replaced the tires at another service provider so your assumption is incorrect. You probably know that one of your other service customers reported missing lug nuts in his/her review on another website in April 2019. Have a nice day too.
Apparently, they don't want my business.
Me and the family came up here a couple of Saturdays ago looking at new Titans. We walked a lot and not one salesman came up to visit us not even the guy just sitting on the golf cart. We went into the showroom, and a bunch of salesman were just sitting around shooting the bull. Never once were we greated, or acknowledged bye anyone there. Today, I go to get a part for the wife's Armada, and Korey in the parts department didn't seem to want to help. Even after I showed him the picture of what I was working on, he still said there was no part like that. Guess it must have been a fluke part just randomly installed bye someone in 2004. I do not recommend this dealership. Off to Bommarito in Hazelwood I guess.

Lied just like the last reviewer stated
This guy had me drive a vehicle last month gave me an agreed to price of 22,250. I called Saturday morning and asked if the price was still good. He said yes. I told him I wanted to go to my bank and get the loan. He stated I had to go through Nissan to get the loan then refi through my bank. I told him I did not want to spend all day there. They changed the price 3 separate times. Danced me around till I got angry and left. Called with an apology and then tried to rip me off with 6.75 financing. Worst buying experience of my life. Awful deceptive selling practices. Nissan makes a great truck but this salesman, general manager and finance guys are pieces of immoral crap.

Mr. Gordon, after our meeting with you yesterday, your 1 star review is quite puzzling. You indicated to us that you were very pleased with your vehicle and the way your problem was resolved.
