Friendly and timely

Good service but a few small issues

Fast friendly service. Only issue was the bumper system to keep from hitting something was turned off. This was the second time some settings in my car where changed during service.

Great service

The service was done in the time they said it would be. Really like the new service area especially when it keeps you out of the rainy weather.

Great Service Clean Facility

Quick Service and wait time. Friendly Staff. Updated Facility Comfortable and clean waiting area. Could easily walk to restaurant while service being performed.

2011 Acura MDX Service

Everything was done that we asked and was completed in a short reasonable timeframe. Our service advisor, Ray, provided us with a new loaner that allowed us to run errands while our MDX was being serviced.

Great service! Inviting waiting areas

Polite, prompt and always friendly! Enjoyed the beverage and snack selection. Kevin solved a minor inconvenience on the light setting in my car very promptly.

Great experience purchasing an Acura RDX

the whole experience from when we walked in the door and Chris Peterson met us and introduced himself was excellent. He listened carefully, asked good questions, was informative on the models we were thinking about, and professional. He didn't try to oversell us yet he informed us of all the features available. It was so nice working with Chris. This was the best experience we have ever experienced purchasing a car. We left the dealership happy after making a decision about the SUV we wanted and have already recommended Acura and Chris to a friend.

Outstanding Service

The salesman Chris was outstanding. Very helpful and knowledgable. Derek Jones his supervisor was very helpful and professional. While waiting at times other team members came by and offered assistance or refreshments. Chris spent a good amount of time making sure that I understood how to use the electronics of which I was very appreciative. Top notch team!

Great service!

I called with a problem with my car from my own garage. Within minutes I was patched through to a wonderful guy who talked me through some troubleshooting and voila! Problem solved!
