Great Experience!

I had a great experience here! Jerry Rambeau helped with every step of the process. Buying a car can be stressful but, Jerry was patient and answered all the questions and concerns I had. Would definitely recommend.

marion toyota oh what a feeling..

jerry was very helpful on explaining the works on the hybrid car we were looking at..we had never drove a Prius before..he made it look easy..he does own one ..and he loves it..it is an amazing car..we did get 47mpg on our way home from there ..he set up our bluetooth.phone system..me an my wife appreciated all the time he spent on it..thxz again darryl and gayla

I put in a lot of time to find a dealer and salesperson

I put in a lot of time to find a dealer and salesperson that I felt comfortable with to place a deposit for a new Tundra. I’m fortunate that I found Jerry Rambeau - I had a lot of questions throughout the process - from deposit, to finding the right allocation, and finally payment and delivery. Jerry was always available and relayed a thoughtful, well-informed reply. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I would get the exact truck I wanted despite the incredible difficulty with finding a 2022 Tundra this year. I spoke with a lot of salespeople at other dealerships and Jerry would absolutely be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I’m a Toyota devotee and for as long as he’s still working, I’ll be buying my vehicles from Jerry. A+ experience. Though I only spoke with him for 15 minutes or so (because he got me in and out so quickly) Pete Buttitta from finance was also great. He did a fantastic job laying out all my options for me and I never felt any pressure whatsoever to add anything I didn’t want. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships in my years of auto ownership and Marion Toyota is light years ahead of the pack. There’s a reason they have such little employee turnover.

Unbelievable Company Decisions

I purchased a car on January 8, 2022. The title was sent through US mail and was lost, I never received my paperwork. I’ve been waiting for them to send duplicate paperwork for over three months. They were paid in full, at the time of purchase. I would think that this issue would be of top priority for them to resolve. Can’t believe this type of thing happened at a Toyota dealership. Who sends time sensitive important papers through the US mail?

Very HAPPY buyer

Was extremely pleased with everyone I dealt with at this dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially my salesman, Jonathan Smith, he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my new vehicle and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this salesman and dealership!!!

I had always been happy with Toyota until recently.

I had always been happy with Toyota until recently. I spent around 500 dollars between the Marion Toyota service department and the collision center in Marion. I was trying to get a clunk in the front end fixed. Toyota replaced some things and said I was good to go. But the noise persisted visit after visit. The last time I spent over three hundre dollars to have it not be fixed. I took it somewhere else, to a trusted mechanic I had work done with for years. Three hundred dollars later the car is totally quiet again. There were several problems that had been totally missed by Toyota service. I am quite disappointed with them. I may still get oil changes there, but I am not sure. I can't believe the service folks could have missed all the problems that existed to cause the noise in my front end. Sorry for the bad review, but I am really disappointed and frustrated and in the past have always been very happy with the work done there. I have come away wondering if they just didn't want to bother with my car.

Marion Toyota came through for us when previous Toyota

Marion Toyota came through for us when previous Toyota dealer we had leased from would not. Marion Toyota salesman Jon Smith worked with us to find the Toyota right for us and at a very fair price.
