I showed up.

I showed up. They had the car outside pulled right up front for me. Cisco greeted me and was friendly all the way through. I drove the car it drives great im a certified mechanic. It is in great condition. I get my tax returns next week. I will be back to buy the car if it's still available l. Based on the way I was treated even if the hyundai is not available which i hope it is but if not I will be back to buy a differnt car from South Creek

The car I purchased is in great condition. they were super friendly. I've never bought a car before. I have zero credit other dealerships told me I couldn't get approved, but Southcreek figured out a way to help me

The f150 I bought is great.

The f150 I bought is great. They did a great job helping me find a vehicle that was perfect for me I ended up with a great payment and I feel like the truck was a great deal when I compare it to the other vehicles I looked at

I have bought three (some for my kiddos) cars from these

I have bought three (some for my kiddos) cars from these guys and each has been a pleasant experience. Always ready to help me find what I am looking for and get me rolling quickly. These guys are the best, that's why I keep coming back. Fast friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Avoid this place like the plague.

Avoid this place like the plague. I referred a friend to check out a model with some reported hail damage. Everything seemed fine with the car initially, but at my urging, they had an inspection performed at a local shop. Though the Carfax nor the dealership mentioned it, there was frame damage that would have run around $5k ballpark to fix. The salesperson claimed the owner didn't disclose it to them, which means (1) the dealership knew about the frame damage and chose not to tell my friends, and (2) being that the dealership almost undoubtedly inspects their cars prior to purchase and should have caught the frame damage, they probably intentionally bought the car at a discount knowing about the damage and tried to resell it for a solid profit. Either way you dice it up: very shady. Demonstrates exactly why people hate buying cars, particularly from places like this.

I went searching for a mid-2010 Toyota Tundra with low

I went searching for a mid-2010 Toyota Tundra with low miles. Found a very nice show room quality 2014 Tundra Limited with the Crew Max cab with only 50K miles for a very good price at South Creek. I live in Idaho and worked with the guys at South Creek as a remote buyer. I had a great experience buying the truck in all regards. They found me really good financing locally for a very good rate. John and Cisco were very open to any questions that I had. Cisco sent me tons of photos of the truck before I made the purchase. They even delivered it to Boise for a very equitable fee and I got to have a nice conversation with the drive Abel who was a very nice easy-going person to deal with. I love the truck, love the price and really enjoyed the experience! Thanks John, Cisco and Abel!

If I could give 0 stars I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They said they added gap on my car after asking multiple times and found out when it was too late they never actually added it on and there was “simply nothing they could do about it”

I had an excellent experience selling my car to John Neel

I had an excellent experience selling my car to John Neel at Southcreek Auto yesterday - the whole transaction was relaxed, easy, extremely fair, above board, and professional. I thought, "Why doesn't everyone conduct business in this way?" When I described my experience to my family, it turns out we actually bought another car from John some years back and we have been very happy with that car as well. If I ever need to buy or sell a car, I'm will definitely go to Southcreek again.
