I purchased a vehicle from here. We had some problems with the loan company I went through. The owner Rasoul really knows what he's doing.He been selling cars 10 plus years. Everything got sorted out he even went to dmv to register the title. And he let me take the car before he got the money from the loan. He definitely did more than what's expected from a dealer. The dealer is very nice. You won't feel pressured when you're buying and testing your cars. They even give me a hand when I tried to buy an insurance before I take the car. To sum up, it was a pretty satisfying experience for me.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had buying any car, new or used. Rasoul Paykar, his son, and all the other staff I met were not only extremely helpful, but genuinely warm people. All questions were answered in a friendly, but professional manner. They insisted that I drive the vehicle as long as I needed to be comfortable with it. No pressure for a sale, just courteous service. I couldn't find a ride to pick up the car (after all the favors I've done for everybody else !) so Mr. Paykar himself drove it out to my house even though I was out of state. Next time I need a vehicle, I'm going to Econo Auto FIRST !

I?m 47 years old and have bought plenty of used cars. I must say that this was the absolute best car buying experience of my 47 years walking this earth. This father son team takes the concept of honesty, integrity and follow through to a whole new level! I purchased a 2003 Honda Civic EX Coup that was actually the owner?s daughter car. The car was very clean and well kept! Since both the father and son had intimate knowledge of this car, they told me of all the previous and current issues that the vehicle had (Nothing major). After we chatted he just lowered the price of the vehicle (which was already below market value), because he was not sure if I would need to put it in the shop to fix any of This type of honesty in the used car market, just does not exists! I?m a car guy and everything mentioned I could easily fix but their main concern was ensuring that I had no surprises because they knew the car was for my daughter. I looked at the car on Saturday and told the son I had a few more cars to look at and I will be back on Sunday if we decided to purchase the car. I did have a list of minor items that needed to be addressed, when I came back Sunday the son was already punching out the items to make the car a better sale for anyone that would purchase it. They had that car sparkling when I drove it off the lot. It?s only been 2 days, but the car is purring like a kitten and my daughter is extremely happy.

This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I shopped around and found out about this little gem. I just purchased a 2008 Mazda 3 that was in pristine condition. Rasoul was so patient, let me test drive the car and inspect it before purchasing. He was not pushy or aggressive; he was a true gentleman (which is rare these days, especially among car salesmen). I would recommend this place to anyone!

I recently purchased a used Subaru from this dealership. I had never purchased from a used car dealership previously, and was not impressed with other places I visited, but Econo Auto was a pleasant surprise. Rasoul is a gentleman and very nice to deal with and allowed me ample time for a test drive. He also took care of items that I found wrong after the test drive, and he was willing to negotiate to a fair price. He made sure everything was working and the car had plenty of gas before we left with it. He is very professional and the facility is clean and organized. I would purchase from Econo Auto again.

The sales staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, I never felt as though I was being persuaded or talked down to. The buying process was incredibly fast and easy. I would recommend Econo Auto to anyone.

Untrustworthy. I was the only customer in the office at the time yet felt like an afterthought. Things said about car repairs/work that had gone into the vehicle were not substantiated. Not sure if cars were trustworthy or not. (supposedly they made fixes to the car). They couldn't prove it. Could have been better. To recommend, hmm..not sure.

The owner at Econo Auto made buy a car a pleasurable experience. He gave me time to have the car inspected and had a great attitude throughout the process. The car was well maintained, very clean and drove well. I would buy another car from this dealer.

they provide good customer service. they threat customers as family. at the same time the answer questions on time. they do follow up too. they also give one moth warranty for engine and transmission of 50% coverage. good service and i will recommend to fiends.
