All Right Auto Sales

My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On my first visit, the finance manager told me I would need $10,000 down to purchase the vehicle. The very next day, when I called him back, that number suddenly increased to $12,000—with no clear explanation. From the beginning, I repeatedly asked him to submit my application to the bank I currently use. He assured me that his dealership works with them, but after a long delay, he told me I had been declined for financing. Something didn’t feel right, so I called my bank directly. They confirmed that the dealership had never even submitted my application. The finance manager also failed to follow through on promises. He told me he would call me back, but never did—I had to call him instead. On my first visit, I arrived early in the morning before other customers. He began my application, but when more customers came in, he told me to come back in an hour. I did, but when I returned, he had completely ignored my application and was helping other people. I had to walk back into his office just to get his attention again. To make matters worse, the vehicles here are overpriced, and from my experience, the dealership plays games with financing. It felt as if they were making up excuses and blaming banks when they didn’t want to make a sale. In short: The finance manager lied to me multiple times. They misrepresented the financing process. They gave me the runaround and wasted my time. They are not transparent or trustworthy. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you value honesty, clear communication, and respect for your time, look elsewhere.

I am a returning customer and I’d like to say every time I’ve been here to All Right Auto Sales in Federal Way, I’ve always been greeted with smiles. Had a malfunction in the clock spring which controls the steering wheel controls. Took it back and they fixed it with no problems. Make sure you get the warranty.

Went to help my best friend look at cars and to hopefully buy a used car. It took some time, but he found something decent with the help of Alex Mejia. Nice guy who was patient and helped show us options without the usual pressure. He made sure my friend searched for something he was actually interested in. We looked at 8-10 cars, test-drove a few, and then settled with a newer model. The process is ALWAYS a headache but he made sure he was well-taken care of. Very professional and easygoing. Just a nice guy all around. Go see him. 👌🏽‼️

We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many.
